Is it possible for me to download the mods and test drive?

Getting closer! I've been able to download the file and put it in the correct directory. But when I go to the content manager in rF2, it won't load it. It gives me the message "Unknown base content". Any hints?

Unfortunately real life commitments in the last three months have taken me away from racing. Now I have time back and, if possible, would like to return to the series.
I noticed the #47 Ferrari 375 MM I used to race is still available. Can I join the series once again with it?
