| Track looks awesome especially with the 1988 correct billboards! It's obvious you spent a lot of time with this one. The bumps are quite a challenge and will be the great equalizer. All the finishers this weekend will be very tired indeed! It is a hard track setting the car up for and great fun!
Awesome! | |

If Jan does not object, I would relish the opportunity to drive his #30 at Pocono.

| I spent nearly my entire first hour on track trying to minimize those bumps. Also spent that time monitoring my wheel. Definitely getting a vibration workout from all that rattling around. Hope it isn't killed in the process | |

| Anyone care to share any solutions you may have for the "bumps" (more like the "ratchety clanks" for me)? The vibration is killing me, not a "smooth" spot on the track. I like the bumpy effect, my wheel disagrees (I think. No issues, but can see some arising from long term "ratchety clank") Would really like to sort this some. Seems turning down the ffb only makes the "clanking" worse. Turning it up helps, but a lot of forces at work there. Not so comfortable with it. If anyone's already sorted this, if you'd be so kind as to share some tips, it'd be much appreciated (not like this ole 86C's gonna see much front running action anyways, so) | |

| Softening the suspension would be a good start. Some of us drive with ffb off, so we don't have to contend with the wheel fighting us. Also, try driving in TV cockpit view to get around the head shake. | |

Suspension softened. Other suspension stuffs adjusted as well. Did help some. Driving with ffb off....yeah, that might be an option, hadn't really considered it. Will try and see what comes of that. However, I really like fighting the wheel...hehe. But, if that's what it takes for this one, that's what it takes. Head shakes...no issues there. PLR adjusted per Neils old post regarding that stuff. However, before I ever drive outside of cockpit view, I'll sit it out. Just not the same for me. It's all about immersion and immersion I do not get outside of a "true" view. Thanks for the tips. I'll definitely give the ffb off a test. Been a while, so going to be awkward initially, I'm sure.

I supposed that when i hit the wall somewhere so repair in the pit menu would not activate automaticly but it doesnt work. i need to deactivate this because it a lot of time ruined my races. Last time in Mid ohio. Thanks for any advices.

| Make the bumps even bigger if you want us to slow down.

Note sure if I understand you correctly Mertin, but even with smart crew OFF, you still have to switch off "Fix Repairs" in pit menu. .........I think!!?? i think the point of this setting is for the pit crew to replace a punctured tire even when "no change" was set in pit menu.
