**Due to the technical difficulties and general lag experienced during the Schaefer 500, all of the following rulings will be confined to warnings; this is to take into account the role the game issues may have played in some incidents.**
After reviewing the replay of the Schaefer 500, the admins have made the following decisions:
Pascal Mikula receives a warning for reckless driving during a full course yellow on lap 10. Pascal was not paying attention to the cars slowing in front of him, and as a result, hit Michal Janak's left rear, damaging Michal's car for the remainder of the race. We had penalized Pascal after Trenton, noting his lack of spatial awareness and his need to be more conscious of what is going on around him. The above incident shows that he still has to improve in this area, hence the additional warning. A repeat offense of the kind described above will draw disciplinary action from the league.
Scott Urick and Michal Janak both receive warnings for chatting during qualifying and/or race sessions. A repeat offense will draw disciplinary action from the league.
**Because there were issues with rFactor in terms of the three-wide start, we will not be assessing penalties or warnings for cars being in the wrong place at the start. We will instead take action to ensure that these issues do not occur at the California 500**
