| Schaefer 500 --> DOWNLOAD TRACK <-- --> DOWNLOAD "C" PATCH <-- --> HOTLAPS <-- Event Schedule (all times given are CET): Sunday July 17th20:00 – Free practice 20:45 – Qualifying Shoot-out (private session, 2 flying laps) 20:50 – Drivers' briefing and warm-up 21:00 – Race start, 200 laps (only the fastest 33 will start) Server IP : 91.121.135.76: 34600Race server password : hso73A training server is now running 24/7 (same password) Race Start ProcedureThe race will commence via a rolling start behind the rFactor-controlled pace car in eleven rows of three (500 mile race format). Drivers are advised to conduct the pace laps in second gear; higher gears produce more turbocharger lag, making it more difficult to maintain grid position. The rFactor server will be giving instructions for a two-wide start. These instructions should be ignored, HOWEVER, drivers must adhere to a slightly staggered formation to guard against rFactor assessing stop and go penalties for passing before the green. After one pace lap, the rFactor-controlled pace car will duck into the pits, and the race will commence once the green flag is announced (passing can then occur regardless of where cars are on the track). Full Course Yellow Procedure (En français en dessous) This series will see the appearance of the Full Course Yellow procedure. When rFactor judges that a situation is risky (a car stopped on the track, a spin on a speedway etc..), he will throw a Yellow Flag. From the time this Yellow Flag is thrown, overtaking is forbidden, but if you have doubt about your position, rFactor will tell you where you have to be when you will cut the start/finish line (don't deactivate in-car chat). When the Safety Car is out, you must keep a normal pace until you reach the the line of cars behind the SC. Otherwise you'll get a penalty. Same when you exit the pitlane under yellow, you have to be quick enough to rejoin the SC. /!\ On oval track the leader will have to be careful to not overtake the Safety Car when the latter is exiting the pitlane. /!\ Restart Spacing Rule (En français en dessous) On restarts, all cars must be no more than two car lengths apart, and single file. Failure to observe this rule during the race could result in a post-race penalty. *** VF *** Lors des restarts, toutes les voitures ne doivent pas être séparées par plus de 2 longueurs de voiture et sur la même file. Tout manquement à cette règle peut entrainer des pénalités après course.
Pit Entry and Exit ProceduresDuring the race, cars entering the pits must fade left briefly on the straight between turns 2 and 3 to signal their intent to pit. This rule will only apply if a car or cars are running immediately behind the pitting car. Failure to follow this procedure could result in a post-race penalty.During the race, cars exiting the pits must keep all four wheels under the yellow and white lines until they exit turn 1, then they can blend into race traffic. Failure to follow this procedure could result in a post-race penalty.Behaviour on trackA few behaviour rules : - as for all HSO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you. - Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in race session. It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only. - Drive Through : If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100km/h max (60mph). If he doesn't respect this, he will get a 30s penalty at the end of the race. - If you have a spin on the course, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure the track is sufficiently clear before you rejoin the race. - Respect the red condition in the pitlane. Application and Interpretation of the RegulationsThe admins alone are qualified to solve any problems raised by the application and the interpretation of the present regulations. One-off drives availablePlease note: Cars with red numbers are capable of 1000 bhp; the admins reserve the right to withhold them from a driver if they are judged to be too fast for them, or if their simracing level is unknown. #5 Gary Bettenhausen | McLaren M16C-Offy GY #15 Peter Revson | McLaren M16C-Offy GY #18 Lloyd Ruby | Eagle 72-Offy FI #21 Jimmy Caruthers | Eagle 72-Offy FI #30 Jerry Karl | Eagle 72-Chevy GY #34 Jim McElreath | Eagle 72-Offy GY #35 Sam Posey | Eagle 72-Offy GY #40 Wally Dallenbach | Eagle 72-Offy GY #66 Mark Donohue | Eagle 72-Offy GY #73 David Hobbs | Eagle 72-Offy GY #84 George Snider | Coyote Mk4-Foyt GY #97 Rick Muther | Eagle 72-Offy FIEntry List: Jason White #1 Parnelli VPJ2-Offy FI Jukka Maattanen #2 Eagle 72-Offy GY David Jaques #3 McLaren M16A-Offy GY Alberto Ibañez #4 Parnelli VPJ2-Offy FI Martin Lacina #6 Eagle 72-Offy GY Jason Fitch #8 Eagle 73-Offy GY Juha Bos #9 Eagle 72-Foyt GY Mike Becnel #11 Parnelli VPJ2-Offy FI Jacob Fredriksson #14 Coyote Mk4-Foyt GY Alan Forster #15 McLaren M16C-Offy GY Richard Coxon #16 Eagle 72-Offy GY Michael Drechsler #19 Eagle 72-Foyt GY David Sabre #20 Eagle 72-Offy GY Ludovic Tiengou #23 Eagle 72-Chevy FI Jan Kowalski #24 Kingfish 73-Offy FI Bob Wilson #34 Eagle 72-Offy GY James Knowles #40 Eagle 72-Offy GY Richard Wilks #44 Eagle 72-Foyt GY Lewis Stephens #51 Mongoose 71-Foyt FI Bob Holada #59 Eagle 70-Offy FI Tyler Greene #61 Coyote Mk3-Foyt GY Pascal Mikula #63 Atlanta 72-Offy FI Scott Urick #66 Eagle 72-Offy GY Michal Janak #73 Eagle 72-Offy GY Dana Schurer #86 McLaren M16B-Offy GY Trevor Greene #89 McLaren M16A-Offy GY Oyvind Andersen #94 Finley 73-Offy FI Diego Gallardo #97 Eagle 72-Offy FI Lee Simpson #98 Eagle 72-Offy FI _________________

I have no idea what i´m asking for to be honest #97 and #30 are better choices. The first one is quicker, the second one is easier to drive. _________________

I assume there is no chance of getting plowed by the pace car on this track? _________________ "I'm going for first!" "...the man's an animal..." Happy and proud 1988 CART Champion! ~ 2017
