Any ideas how to get the brakes to last a bit longer? I ran the Medium compound, would running Harder or Softer help? The higher up the time scale or mechanical wear you go, the more things get exaggerated on rFactor. The Porsche should be okay for brakes, if you look after them. Also as Pascal said, try the keep braking as gentle as you can, so brake earlier. Make sure your brake temps rarely goes over 500 degrees C too.

Of course you can sign up, but you are limited to just the group 5 cars since you are on your own. Just say which free car you would like from Group 5.

| You can only drive a group 5 car by yourself. And no Lancia Beta's are free. The only cars free in group 5 are the Ferrari 512 BB-LM and the Porsche 935 | |

| I dunno why, but my gearshifts are really slow. I'm watching oliver's stream and he can shift faster, while in my case the car stays in neutral for a longer even though I'm in the next gear.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
EDIT: Ok nevermind, it doenst slip anymore for some reason
EDIT 2: Apparently it's because of the auto clutch. But it still takes forever to shift to next gear

Thiago Thiago, you will need to fix those mismatches. Running in the Qualy session with them is not cool either

| In the car selection scree, have a look in the upgrades menu, some mods run with different gearing options to make the field closer and allow for those with no clutch pedal for example to compete, it may be that you have an upgrade there that slows down your gear changes Nikos. @Jason White again sorry for holding you up on your hotlap, I thought I had left enough of a gap when I started my lap but clearly that wasn't the case | |

| The good thing is that your Lancia is fairly loud, I heard it coming from quite far back. Will be a bit more difficult if you are in a fight though but we'll be sure to keep an eye out in the #6+9 team | |

Well I'll be having a good look in my mirrors then, since I won't be able to hear the Lancia over the murdering scream of the BMW 6-cyl

See you all tomorrow, really looking forward to this event! Just a question, is it possible to edit the blue flag show moment, so it can be showed sooner than regular? I dont know what is the trigger to show the blue flag, is it the gap time or distance between cars, either way, it would be good if that number can be rised, so the flag shows sooner. Expeccialy during qually periods in other series...

| Left quali a few minutes early...come here and find that the honors for fastest non turbo car were stripped away from me. Dammit! Good lap, Michael! I pushed and pushed a few times, trying to bring my own time down but could only find about the same times, even with some setup adjustments that really punished the car and took it to the limit. Safe to say, the Rondeau is certainly on edge any time I run anything under 7 flat. | |

Yes indeed I hope the Gr.6 drivers will keep in mind this is a very long race and that they most likely will have to drop a few seconds here and there and sometimes wait a couple of turns before being able to safely pass a backmarker on this track.

Really important for the lapped traffic to stay on their own racing line. The faster cars will find a way around them. Jumping off line and trying to help by getting out of the way in unpredictable and will lead to more problems. Amazing lap time well done to the pole man and that Rondeau time is unreal!
