It's data from his Rhino model. Don't worry, the correct wings will be in place for each configuration

Because it's a stock block. We are still finalising the sounds too.

I was gonna say he's trying to hide the Porsche engine sound xD
No surprise it's a stock block, Coyne only scored 1 point, and apparently even retired scoring it...
Ed Pimm's drunk, he should be in the #35 there, not the #27
Just kidding though
Is it normal that #7(Luyendyk) and #27(Pimm) have the same livery? Was the Los Angeles Drywall car connected to Dick Simon Racing?

Faaantastic! Was looking out for that Coyne car. Should be a proper challenge!
As for the Porsche, did March built a bespoke car for them, or was that just in '89-'90?
I watched the Phoenix race the other just to get properly psyched for this! Happy holidays everyone!

1988 Porsche was a customer March 88C chassis. 1989 March only supplied Porsche (March 89P) and Alfa (March 89CE) with independant designs. http://8w.forix.com/march90p-intro.html

Even though I don't have time to get decent enough racing as to where I will not cause someone to be taken out, I do love the mid to late 70's USAC & F1 era mods, this 88' mod is more great work Dave, just awesome.

From looking at the cart 88 results, there should be somewhere around 15 full time rides. What will happen with the cars that missed just a couple of races (bettenhausen, guerrero, lewis, etc)? Will they be allowed to do those extra races to make a few more full time drives, or will they be 'free' cars for each race?
Reckon theres going to be more drivers than cars for this series. I'm hoping i can get rahals car, but any full season one will be nice.

There will be around 25 full season rides. Sometimes you will switch car (As in the USAC series) or your car will switch its former real life driver but stay the same ride, or the car just did some races but will be a full time entry. The only cars you don't expect to be full time there are the Indy500 one offs, especially if they were stock-block powered.

Looks like a high-resolution model to me
44 was the house number of my grandmother once, so "Grandma" Bintcliffe
Btw guys, I wish we could use the RFE plugin for some events. IMO, it would spice up things, and should we ever go to rF2, peole would have to get used to weather anyway(although it doesn't quite work the same).
But I guess it is rather difficult, especially for a small modding group, to convert tracks for RFE. Not to mention we'd at least need rain tyres.
I also said some events as modding groups like F1SR made their mod before RFE came to exist I believe(but it's funny that there's an upgrade to turn on the rear light and put the car on wet tyres for show).

Very interesting your doing a 88' CART mod, just read where Indycar is going back to a similar CART look for the 2018 season, thank goodness, with all the stuff hanging off them today they hardly look like a Indycar anymore.
