That's interesting because the Kenyon-Coyote is one of the more bizarre-handling cars in the mod. Incidentally, #19 in this race is an Eagle-Foyt, not the #19 Kenyon-Coyote. Just want to make sure you knew that... Ah, my bad. I only looked in the mod, not in the entry list, it's only the Kayote I'm really interested in, if I can't have that then I'll simply take whatever is left xD Remember that you're talking to a person who thinks that the Mustang in the TCL mod handles wonderfully while the likes of the Mercedes is boring I find the Kanyon very neat, it has its characteristics for sure, but they are predictable, you know what you've done if it does something. Most of the other cars in the mod, for some reason, I feel that I don't quite understand. It's a bit like me and the BMW E90 (touring car mod that is widely used in many communities in case you've not driven it yourself), everyone usually loves them while I can't drive them at all, there is no understanding/transmission between what you see the car do compared to what it's actually doing. But yea, the Kanyon is what I'm looking for, otherwhise anything else will do

For the event to be run with no caution periods behind a pace car means a very, very long time behind the wheel and more to the point, in the chair for that extended period without a break. If we had caution periods, I'd pit for service and take the opportunity to get up out of the chair, walk about a bit and stretch if only for a few seconds. That might mean falling down the order somewhat but I'd time it to stay on the lead lap and it would pay dividends over the long haul. Without that available to me, I fear the full 500 miles would be arduous to the point of dangerous to the lower extremities. I'll consider the decision over the next few days...
Same here. I might have to medicate myself before event. But I'll try some long length testing run too see how I do. I have always wanted a Saturday night stock car race sim. Qualify, run heats, main event and call it a night. Even half distance road races are too much any more. Only Dirt Track Racing ever did that.

The car has a slightly higher CoG which is not as stable, but probably lets you feel better the weight transfer and how the car moves around that central point The other similar car in the mod is the Coyote MK3 (#61 Lee Brayton), of which the Kenyon Coyote is a modified version. - Quote :

| HA! Well, Roger... I see that we are listed as having the same age so if we could just magically shave about 40 years of that figure, we'd have no concerns, right? In my next life... PS: I remember an FF driver up here in Ontario by the same name that I ran against back in the 70's. Can't be you, can it? | |

I got mine from Sam's. Sharper Image brand. Your butt and lower back will thank you. I have three blown disks in my back and survived our 30s Indy 500 which was a marathon. Granted, the pit stops were long enough to have a 3 course meal though.

Watch for when we post the field on April 30th; you may choose from the cars that are free.

I presume as much. I will make it if possible, but current plans have me out of town that day.

| It is now 00h00 in Paris on April 30th, and the entry list is UP!!! Please see the first post in this thread and read the instructions at the top. Special thanks to Frank for the tackling this job; not an easy field to assemble. My reply: YES

| #89 wasn't one of my options but I guess I can make it work if I have to...
Did something get scrambled in the listmaking? My three choices all went to people that requested them after my post and I got a car that wasn't even on my radar.

Am I eledgable to take part in the Bartering/Blackmail shinanigans? No need for three choices at this point, you get #63 I doubt you can barter with an Atlanta, but who knows. Stranger things have happened.

| I have to wait for a dog of a car (because I am too disorganised/stupid) and just to rub it in, confirm my choice? That is a definative YES ((read.resentful yes) Am joking of course..... Not joking about the yes though.. YES. ok? Edit: Aw crap, I just realised what I have said.....ah well....cancel the cunning plan then......maybe the hours of misery will be a constant reminder not to leave things 'til the last minute.....somehow I doubt it Update......Yes
