I had that issue once, Windows couldn't find a hard drive to boot on or something, and reinstalling Windows solved the issue

Yep, I did a clean reinstall and seems to be OK now. It's been years since I last did this, forgot how much fun it is to wait for all these countless Windows updates

Server is ok, already 10 drivers on it.

You can also try rebooting your modem/router.

Yep, tried the IP and clicking on the HGTTC, brings up nothing

Maybe the server hasn't the correct set, try joining using the servers list.

Look for the server in the servers list, IP or bookmarks don't work this time. If you cant see the server in the list, edit your multiplayer.ini file like this http://historicsimracing.123.st/t444-hso-rfactor-servers

Aah, server is called Historic Simracing not HSO, found it!
