Car and Driver... hell yeah, driving cars and writing about them... kind of a dream job. But I'm probably a bit old for a career-switch So let's stick to HSO-reports.

As to H.S. Thompson, thanks for the tip Scott. Some years back, I started reading mainly English novels in a vain hope to improve my skills in the language of Shakespeare, Dickens, Wilde, Wolfe, Eggers, ... Did not yet get to reading anything by Thompson. But Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is now next on my list.

Just logical. In the meantime, I enjoy broadcasts of virtual racing more than RL racing, so its right and consistent to write reports about those events, too. In fact I miss the old reports that tell the story of a race instead of the newer ones which break down the race to the last 10th of a second where the second placed car lost the race over the winner...
