Well, I guess I get to be the idiot this time around.  

I'm having a problem I can't seem to rectify and I have no idea why...

"Mismatch detected"....."LolaT8800_COS_G_RC_HDV"......
HDV mismatch?  

I'm safe in assuming there were no updates to that because I don't see any?
Can't understand how I would get this mismatch as I had no troubles at Indy and if that HDV file was incorrect wouldn't I have had issue there?

Hate to bother everyone with the questions like some modding newbie...but, I'd rather get it fixed while looking stupid that have to sit out because I didn't want to be

(FTR....no, I haven't added new mods to this instance of rFactor.  Everything within this instance of the sim is exactly like it was when we ran Indy....just to save the time there  )

Yes...there is no HDV update in that patch though.

Maybe the patch was not installed correctly, check that all subfolders match and ended where they were supposed to. In any case, if you manually replace the LolaT8800_COS_G_RC_HDV in your install with the one from the patch you should no longer get that mismatch.

Ok...now I'm just more confused. I've just downloaded the patch (I'm not on my rig at this time) and am looking at it and it is as I thought...I am not seeing an HDV file there. The LolaT8800 folder contains 2 pm files...suspension stuff. And, there are 2 tbc files...tire stuffs.

I always manually install anything and everything to my sims. I never do the direct it to root and let it do it's own thing stuff. I've had issue with that in the past and it's just far simpler for me to do it myself....but, that's besides the point because I still don't even see the HDV file in this patch...

So...no idea what is going on. Obviously, others have it because they'd be getting mismatches...but, where is it? This, I do not know.

The last patch that contained HDV's was the Indy patch.

Try downloading that one again.

...given I didn't drive a LOLA at Indy, would that be the reason I possibly didn't get this mismatch there? Not sure if the server looks through my files like that (or whatever it does...my terminology is not correct here, I know) or if I have to be in that particular car for it to pick it up and create the mismatch.

You have to be in that car to show the mismatch.

Patch 1.15 is the one you want. Make sure that installed correctly.

Yes, I see the LOLA HDV files in that patch.
I'll refresh that one with that HDV file and see if that fixes it.

Try a different Lola to see if the game lets you in.

Appears both of those HDVs were Buick HDVs...I'm not seeing anything in that patch for the cos..

I have just tried your car on the server and it loaded fine for me. No mismatches. So the issue must be something on your end unfortunately.

Try this patch too.

Would it be better to install that whole patch (the one you just linked) or just extract the HDV files that are giving me issue?
