| Haha, well, I have been willing to rant about excessive qualifying setup work for a while now, it's not like Pascal is alone in doing it. A lot of drivers in every series seem to be spending way too much time on outright qually pace, and then in warmup throw a lot of fuel in it, only to crash within a few laps of the race. And it is the race that matters. Qualifying glory is temporary, race glory is forever! | |

| I technically do it wrong as well... I spend the whole time up to official practice on a full tank of fuel and then reduce the fuel down to match the race length | |

| Not all cars have a Grand Prix engine. It was created for the DRM series.
For qualifying you can use a "Qualifying Engine" if you have one (Which you do)
For the race you must either use the 1000km engine or the 24 hour engine.
You can see what engines you have in the upgrades menu.

| The race is called "Castrol 1000" in other words, it is 1000km. If you look after the engine it will last Just make sure you lift when you upshift and don't shift down too quickly. Oh and dont hit the rev limiter too much as that will damage then engine. The 956 engine is one of the most reliable, but it doesn't mean you can mistreat it. | |

There isn't a filter selected or something in your player file. Perhaps check that and or create a new one.

| Yeah, I'm not sure. Try the selecting all opponents in an offline race again and actually finish the race. Might unlock it or something. | |

| I want to ask some basic questions.
Do I join the race server on the warm up or slightly before? How will you do drivers briefing (on teamspeak or just chatting from rF itself)?
I see Europe will end DST at 30th October 3 AM local times, I think it's safe to assume the gap between CET and UTC+7 is 6 hours again, right?

| An important announcement regarding Group C Junior rules:
- Drivers can book cars in both the Group C and Group C Junior class.
- Solo driving is now permissible in Group C Junior class, as well as team driving.
Also:
- Team car rule in Group C class is now dissolved.

| Finally installed rF1 again, after spending quite some time with rF2. Also moved to a new PC in the meantime. Now I installed rF1 to C:\Program Files(x86) on Win 10. Now I am not sure if that was a good idea As it has been some time, I also try to work out how to make the steering rotation 1:1 with my own wheel aswell as the FFB effects as my wheel rattles quite a lot. Does this mod actually possess a guide to set up steering&FFB settings? | |

Not that i am aware of David, I find it is never a good idea to install into "Program files" mine are always just straing into C:\ I know there is several FFB strength's options in the upgrades menu, perhaps try a few of these.

| About wheel, maybe you have also to set in the controller.ini, the "steering wheel range" with the same value that you use in your wheel software. Example : I set my g25 in the logitech profiler on the 360º, I put the same value in the controller.ini (userdata/your name folder/controller.ini) Maybe it can help to get a 1:1 ratio. | |
