1983 Kyalami 1000 Kilometres (Oct 30th)

I have the same problem, what need to reinstall? The track? Because i've try but dont work?

So it goes dark from the exit of turn 1 to 2 and then back into showing the headlights?

Is everybody using max track details?

Yes the  ground in this section dont reflect the light, i set full details for track and the car, but the same problem.

We have fixed the issue, stand tuned for a small patch when we confirm it works for everyone.

made offline midnight race and the lights are soooo natural , the flames and sparks lookes great at night , so i though that it is real race,

new experience, after 10 laps at night my brain started rotate , huh it will be HARD at all

especially considering about 2 hours of the race will be under lights

It's the part of the race that I'm looking forward to

Here you see a driver who, around Nordschleife in GT2 machinery, went 10 or so seconds faster at night with a setup set up for the day stints, than he was able to do at daytime.

Not saying that I will be a lot quicker but I sure as hell will feel much more at home under those conditions

Hey now, the Nimrod may be down on speed but it makes it up with driving pleassure, and it's a damn fine looking car to boot, and to add to that, it's a joy and easy car to set up.
Me and Sky spent apprximately 3 hours throwing ideas at one another and now the car is ready to go, I believe
And 3rdly, that Aston Martin power plant sounds awesome, it beats any other engine sound in this mod by miles and miles

I agree with you, the looks and sounds make it a beautiful car. Plus it has great fuel mileage, so you may get a surprise result

Steve ca not get in with the Lancia....infact he can only get in with the Mazdas.

He has re-installed the mod...patchs...and owns the car

no error messages..........just can't get in

He needs to go to start an offline race and select all opponents. It should work then

But for an rf1 based endurance race, to attract a 17 car field in an rf2 era...

is a huge testimony to the commitment and dedication of the members here at HSO

Just met Pascal Mikula on server.... oh my he's 6 seconds faster than my best attempt on the same car. Were you on qualifying setup? I saw you reached 330 km/h where I reach only 295 km/h

Why are you testing out and spending hours on a qualifying setup weeks before the race when you evidently need all the practice you can on suriving the race?

Spending time at all on a Q setup ahead of a 1000km race is a bit hyperbole. Use the time to make a good race setup and to know what the car's vices are. People overall are spending waaay too much time on qualifying setups, just to crash after 2 or 3 laps in the race anyway...

Uh oh I don't mean it in a bad way to Mikula, I'm just curious.....

He is on a Q setup, and I mean it in a bad way. Spending much time on a Q setup for this race is a waste of time and shows a lack of judgement.
