After reviewing the replay of JIC Silverstone, the admins have made the following decision:
Pascal Mikula will serve a one-month suspension for multiple avoidable incidents.
This suspension applies to all series run at HSO, not just Gold Star. It will expire on the 13th of September 2016 (included).
Pascal presented the following issues during the race:
- Causing an accident on lap 1 at Vale turn, going for an inside gap he had no hope of making.
- Aggressively blocking and making contact with Martin Lacina, who was lapping him on lap 18.
The severity of this ruling is also influenced by the fact that Pascal has received multiple warnings and a previous suspension. Driving in the same manner again will result in further disciplinary action from the league.
