After reviewing the St-Jovite race, the admins have made the following decision.

Austin Ogonoski receives a warning for chatting during the race session.  Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the race session.  It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only.  A repeat incident of this kind will draw disciplinary action from the league.
