**HSO Ruling | Zolder**

After reviewing the replay of the Zolder race, the admins have made the following decision:

A warning is being given to Pascal Mikula for rejoining the track in front of an oncoming competitor; in this case, Yves Plaçais. Yves had to take to the grass to avoid Pascal, and was very lucky to continue with no damage.  A repeat offense by Pascal will draw disciplinary action from the league.

Once again, we must stress: when you have an off-course excursion, and are able to continue, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure that you have the room to rejoin.
