Alberto will probably correct me but I don't think there's much difference in engine life between boost levels except for the qualifying engine. Lower boost may make coming out of turn 2 a bit easier though.

There goes the advantage for the Chevy engine. Full boost isn't an issue for the race. The car handles it without a problem. It's the bump at the exit of turn 2 the car doesn't like sometime.

How much to buy one of those engines 

Sorry but I'm not sure if I will be at home for Race time.
Or even with enough time to practice a minimum to don't be a danger for the rest of drivers.

Looks like I'm not going to be able to make this race... after hours of practice, and finally creating a raceable setup... I may be divorced in time for the next race, though. Grrrr....
