pourtant j'ai mis les détails grafic à fond .j'ai vérifié egalement l'install du circuit et rien vu d'anormal.
j'ai réinstallé directx9 et meme directx11 rien n'y fait

Les autres circuits du trackpack fonctionnent ?

comme je le disais dans mon 1er post mon install est toute fraiche
j'ai testé quelque circuit mais pas tous
et le peu que j'ai testé fonctionnait
je vais les tester un par un pour voir

puis je cedrai sans doute mon bacquet pour Monza.

To be fair, I saw some people pushing the very limits at the entry to the very first chicane, but nothing I'd call illegal. Exit of Ascari isn't easy in these cars either. I'd cut people a bit of slack as long as it's not happening over and over during the race.

As for my session. Did one clean lap, the rest I crashed on, including one where I was 4 tenths up after S1. Hope to rectify that on Saturday if I can make the session.

I was watching several of the hotlaps tonight, including you Alessio.

IIRC, you never went further than the kerb at Ascari. But I saw Greg going nearly all the way to the barrier, which allows him to carry more speed down to the Parabolica.

IMO, track limit is two wheels behind(right side) the kerb and two wheels to the left of the kerb.

Ofc I don't want to fight with Greg posting this, it's just to make sure nobody's getting his lap times erased or a DSQ for exceeding track limits in the race.

@Ben: First chicane was tight, yes, but okay. Everyone tries to put two wheels over the kerb   But I am only speaking of Ascari.

As I lost 1.5s to Greg, I'd not beat him anyway, he's too fast  But it was tighter with Alessio, and who knows what times Frank, Yves and Martin would be doing...

But if everyone is gonna go wide at Ascari, then I might have to do that too to keep up. And you know, one follows the other so the bad example gets copied by everyone

Complaints like this should likely be handled offline.

But on a somewhat bad side note, Lorenzo went 4 off frequently especially at hockenheim. It was ok I assume, the risk was losing control which he did once in a fun race and it gave me my one non official win (that replay is backed up in triplicate )

On a brighter note, I expected faster laptimes from you top 3. I have a lot of speed left to find I think. My pb lap was somewhat leisurely driven in the session. Still have to trim up for qual.

As usual, I am very scared and bad on the brakes as I feel like either losing the car or locking the brakes. I should be in the 25 aswell. My first run would have been 27.1, but then I spun at the Parabolica  26 dead it is now, but could be another 5 tenths less with a better first and last sector.


Well Mike, it's for clarification. Is it allowed or not? It's either everybody or nobody. And thus I guess it would be good that everybody knows how Ascari can be taken

But I better ask now some days before the race rather than shortly before or even after it. In that case, I might get moaned at for not having asked earlier!

You say it isn't a dig at anyone, yet you only called out Greg in your original post.  

I'm sure Gui is wise enough to know what is and what isn't legal and would take appropriate action on anyone if necessary.  

Either way, the difference between the cars at this track makes me "SO SAD" /Mika Hakkinen.
