I downloaded 9 GB of 1990 Group-C this week, but the best thing I saw about sound and video quality, is this lap. A great 2012 fast lap to Le Mans until a tyre blows up.

It looks great, but I have a question. The instruments on cockpit panel (digital ones) are not working, or is it something with me, my setups, grafical options??

My comarades Im driving with are not so fascinatet with Group C era nor this mod, but Im trying to convince them to try i out.
Im not ready for this big leagues and races as on Simjunkyes forum created, but maybe just some short races for fun.. if you are interested I could give you the server address and post it here when mod is active..

I been asking about sounds from the first day I tried this MOD, but now I realize that the sounds are diferent on the youtube videos. Could it be because I'm using a "rfactor Lite" instalation? Tire's sound and engine sound are diferent.

I'm trying to solve a problem with the tire's sound. The problem is that I hear a flat tyre sound instead a tyre skid sound.

i.e. It looks like the MOD use ..\lite\rFactor\GameData\Sounds\HSO-GroupC\Porscheext_BF1.wav intead

Well, we just finished an entire session with this MOD. It was really good, and we really enjoyed it.

We have put the cars to the limit at every track, doing thousands of laps, testing fuel consumption and tyre wear with each car but mostly with the 962 2.9

The only concern we have, is about the front tyres wear. These front tyres resist too much abuse when locking. This allow to drive as fast as in qualifying.

If there is a plan to do a physic's update in the future, it would be good to revise this area to reduce the race rhythm to make it more realistic.

Thanks for this incredible MOD, it was an increible year driving these beasts.

There are no more possible cars to add to the 1987 mod. There is a project of a 1990 mod but it's kinda stalled now.

The guys here are mostly working on the 1973 USAC Indycar mod now (and doing an awesome job btw, maybe they should post some screenshots to make you a little wet )

Well, I think the Virtua LM project is a kind of encyclopedia of cars, but I'm sure that the HSO MOD 87 is better for a league from a competition point of view.

I hope you guys finish the 1990 version some day, because that year was the best for Group-c.
