Sorry Karel for spinning in front of you in the first lap at Les Combes . My car was damaged but I continued, only to have a 5s freeze in lap 2 and waking up in the guard rail on three wheels

: Grrrrrrrr Let the back end slide out a little too much exiting La Source and then had a massive accident at Eau Rouge, Car felt good after switching to the soft tires instead of super soft. (Thought if i put super softs on the rear and softs on the front would be ok, But unbalanced the car at some points!) Was pulling away from Tiago M. and i believe i was slowly catching Lorenzo A. so a podium could have been on the cards.....Oh well, Enjoyed the race.
Thanks for setting the race up!! Would be great if we did a full season of these cars!
Thanks again
P.S No offence to whoever it may concern, But the AGS driver could have done a bit better job of getting out of the way when being lapped, I hit him slightly in the rear at Le Combes as a result.

My last 6 laps were a complete nightmare. Was running 4th with Franck behind me when made an error entering the bus stop.... almost stalled but was able to keep the engine running......... just to make another mistake at Eau Rouge, destroying my front wing.
30 secs stop and 6th.... till the end, the car was a complete shit at this point

Nice race my aim was to finish top 10 so i'm more than happy to finish in the dreaded 7th place spot and thx to David for keeping me on my toes for most of the 1st half of the race as he was never very far away ...
This mod requires 100% concentration and a track like this also requires a little luck so a finish is rewarding enough ...
Well done Gui for the win and to all finishers

I'm glad I had nothing to do with that, for a moment I lifted for a bit because Gui was alongside me and decided not to risk anything, and right after that I see Yves flying after a contact with Gui and thought it had something to do with me

When I pitted I had to tab out, shut down Kapersky (it pulled me out of the race twice to tell me I had tracking cookies...oh how useful ). I took a quick glance at where you were when I pitted and when I came back (just as mypit crew finished fixing a little damage from my last Kapersky exit) you were coming. Very cool that you passed me just as I exited pit road. Took my tires forever to heat up.
Very classy move not to cut me off as I freight trained through with Lorenzo as he lapped us.
Martin I was as far right as I could be without plowing into a wall at corner exit when you went to pass me 2 turns later. I was expecting you to wait for the short straight though. I was braced for impact when you spun.
Enjoyed the race HSO. Finished and would have been undamaged had it not been for Kapersky popping me out of the race. Very lucky I did not destroy my car when those happened. Both happened on straights or curves with big runoffs. Kapersky is going to get castrated shortly!
WOW what a wreck Yves!! Highlight reel material for sure!!
Congrats Gui!
Edit: For those of you suffering in the heat. It is near 100F here in Texas today. I was a bit chilly in my office though. Wooo that A/C works well. We do sell these at reasonable prices though! Need me to ship you one with only reasonable markup???

I just watched the replay, I have to congratulate you Tiago for overtaking both Yves and me at La Source around lap 3 or 4, that was superb I must say the first laps of the race were really great with Yves, Tiago, Franck, Gérard and Kevin, close and clean driving at high speed

Well, not quite, I was caught by surprise when you both braked so early I had to dodge to the left side and take the corner from the outside not to touch anyone, we traded a little paint at the end, but I had to get out of there

Well.
at least I didnt prepare so much for the race and tried to develop Lorenzo a good race setup. The car was perfect he said, still i saw he lost his time on the curbs when i watched the race. No clue.
My race was over very early. As usual i started carefully, let a gap in la source, but there was a spin after eau rouge in the next corner. i slowed down because the car was so unrpedictable it neither pulled to the inside nor would i know if the car will go rear wards. so, despite i had some gap to the car behind me and some care, the spin happened and the car behind me drove onto my right rear edge
so race was over, because car was oversteering and i slid into the guard rail after the tires had gone a bit.
pace was as always: there are two groups here: already in adelaide i was 2 - 3 seconds faster than the main pack and 2 secs slowerthan the elad. there was NOTHING in between. in lap 3 i had a huge gap to the front and rear. always drive alone lol
Thanks for the organization guys It was a nice feeling to be able to race here especially the start. thats why frustration comes. at L1 T3
