| Dont remember seeing it before and the only thing i can come up with is some African American Foundation but cant find a logo for it ... Does anyone know how to open a .gmt file for viewing .... We have a small problem we dont have the original silver disc wheel with goodyear tyre in the genstring ive looked into the mas file and the DDS pics are there for the silver wheel and goodyear tyre so i think its just a case of opening one of the other gmt files copying it renaming it so it tallies up with the new silver goodyear combination ...Anyone any idea's ... _________________ What we do Monday to Friday Keeps us up with the Competition ... | Yes you need to rename and retexture the model with zmodeller. Long ago I knew how to do it, but right now I don't know if I could remember... | |

| It is "Matter" and its one of the sponsors which is on all the 1979 works cars ..... We got the logo originally from a picture taken of a Procar in the Munich Bmw Motorsport Museum ...
So it should be on the M1 Template if you add the BMW works layer you will see it if you enable Sponsors Logo's .... _________________ What we do Monday to Friday Keeps us up with the Competition ... What we do Saturday and Sunday Keeps us ahead ...

| If all else fails, simply swap the tyre graphics. Even if all cars have goodyears always it'll be ok | |

| I will try to have a look at the GoodYear/rims problem this weekend or sooner, but first I'd like to finish the #71 car. Actually, the car itself is already finished but I can't get the new WIP helmet to show up I edited the helmet texture you shipped, but then in game a different ones shows up. Can't figure out WTH | |

| Excellent pictures, many thanks! - Quote :
- Interesting how this car is not on the original tyres ...
Yup, the more pictures of M1s I see, the more sure I am that it was mostly GoodYear as ordinary choice AND then Dunlops for longer races. I have seen all Le Mans and Nurburgring/24h events shod with Dunlops, while all cars for sprint races (Like the own PROCAR series) used Good Years ... This hints clearly at a harder compound in the case of Dunlops, probably also with better guidance properties for a loaded car with the full tank, etc. Then when you see M1s racing today you see them normally on Avons or Goodyears, but this time I think the reason is that *probably* Dunlop has dropped the peculiar 16inch tyre size long ago, and only a few makes produce nowadays such tyres.

| Which helmet? You mean the #71 car I sent you? On that one the helmet is correct in my PC (See picture I posted) [EDIT] Oh and I forgot: I need the template for the PROCAR numbers, so I can spare me the pain of painting the "201" on this car. | |
