Im not 100% sure what you said Ludo but the battle between the 3L vs 5L should be a good one ...
Really pleased with my progress at keimola in the Alfa looking at the hotlap times it Looks like me and Paul will be resuming are race ontrack
have you try the track with full tanks Carl? Hotlap is NOT a good beacon to view a race. Remember Donnington and the all powerful Alfa in hotlap ...I've said the track will be a false friend for 3L during race...was right But I can be wrong this time. I'm not infallible

Sorry to dissapoint you Ludo but that was on Full tanks
I Actually find the Alfa quicker if you wind the power down and its quite stabe with full fuel ....
Only Joking about the Hotlap with Full Fuel it gives me something to aim for ....
I've just said the Alfa will be touchier than the 908 Carl. That track is clearly at advantage for 3L....if they don't have a 5L in front of them at T8. The Alfa could cope with the acceleration of the Lola...not sure it could match a 512 or a 917 in that domain. For both 5L and 3L qualifications will be crucial as it's quite impossible to overtake at Keimola
And don't look at my hotlap. That time was done with full tanks. All my hotlaps every series every track are in fact. That's why I beat them quite easely in qualifications

Just Filled the Alfa right up and went for a spin was doing mostly 1:17's took me to Lap 14 to get a 1:16 ........
Donnington was a complete disaster for me which started with my stupid mix up at the start and i should have won the 3L class ... :raclure:
So providing i dont make any more stupid mistakes im really hoping ive had my bad luck in this series and i can continue getting some more points .....

Wow Carl! That low 1:16 is a great lap! I had to dump fuel and hang on for dear life to get to the 1:16's . The good old Lola will run mid 1:17's on full tanks though. It's a lot more stable with fuel on board as well. I think in race trim we will be very close in speed. I look forward to the battle! We switch to daylight savings time here Saturday night, I'm not sure if Paris time will change or not.

Grosse tuile.
