The server will be offline for a while for a wee bit of maintenance. Will let you know when it's back online

** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ **
We're having a rather mysterious issue with the server which nobody can find a fix for. For some reason we can't have it run on race session with 40 cars (although it works fine for practice server).
As a consequence we're going to have to split the field in two servers, one for big cars, one for small cars. Both servers will be run simultaneously.
Drivers with two cars can join any of the two servers they want.
The two servers are :
HSO Gold Star 53A#JR : for +3000 and 3000 cars
HSO Gold Star 53B#JR : for 2000 and 1500 cars.
Both servers use the usual hsogs23 password.
Each race will give full points for both the Gold Star and Silver Star championships.
Apologies for the late announcement but we have been trying to find a fix for this issue until the last possible moment.

Bit of a bummer really... Sorry to all but it seems to be one of those famous rFactor 2 moments.
A lot of people have spent a lot of time trying to find a solution to our problem, but for some reason nothing works...

Noted. It's a shame, but thank you for having tried to fix it.

UPDATE
We have identified and are confident we have fixed the server issue, so that we can have a single race! The race server login details are "HSO 1953 Gold Star#JR", password hsogs23
We have the twin server option to fall back on should we require it, but we are confident the problem has been solved. Sorry for the confusion.

I had fun even though I didn't go very far. The grid had somebody bashing my car each time so starting in the pits was fine with me. Long race so plenty of time to mess things up which I did. The last mess up was losing a wheel across from the pit entrance. Luckily I was able to get it in there. 312 seconds to fix but I wasn't sure they would fix the missing wheel. I thought I'd wait it out just to see but all of a sudden my monitor went black and was stuck there. I could hear I was still in the race in the pits but I couldn't get the monitor to come back. I have good stuff in the computer so I'm really lost as to what happened! Anyway I hope everyone had fun and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Was me Paul, when I push drive button the car was put on grid but everytime it slide without control on your side....
Cars great, also track, but sure not good for a 3-2-3 start.
I'had a disconnection and I fast rentry but race was yet start... so all time spent for practice and for qualifying lost

Thank you for organizing the race. Despite the initial problems, it was a great ride. I didn't believe I could see the finish line at all and except one big stupid mistake, I would have seen it without any serious problems. I'm looking forward to the next race and thanks again to Frank and everyone who helped him out.
