** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ **
As the Sprint format used for this Crystal Palace round means that drivers with a single car do not get much track time, we are going to allow them to book one of the free cars as their second ride.
This will also help increase the number of starters in some classes, as as of now we’re looking at 9 starters max in the 1500 class for instance.
This is for this Crystal Palace round only. After that these drivers will be back with only the car they originally booked for the series.
Everybody will be eligible for points in the races they compete in, including those having booked a one-off second car for this event.
Obviously, to keep in line with the balanced field we have created, drivers with a single +3000 or 3000 car will only be able to book a 2000 or 1500 car, and vice-versa.
Here are the drivers eligible and the cars available :
Big Car Drivers Paul Nadeau, Otavio de Barros, Johnny Gutierrez, Claudio Navonne, Aurélien Hamart, Rob de Vries.
These drivers can book one of the following cars : #56 OSCA.
Small Car Drivers Martin Jaspers, Ronald Toolooze, Mark A. Warmington, Alex Mirkovic, David Purchase, Jim Carvalho, Nina Delamater, Matias Estrela.
These drivers can book one of the following cars : #9-10 Jaguar D, #11-12 Talbot, #43-44-46 Jaguar C, #53 Aston-Martin, #56 Ferrari 375 MM.
Please note that there are only 12 small cars available for potentially 17 drivers interested, so only book one if you are certain to participate.
If you are one of the drivers concerned and wish to book a second car, just post your choice here. Cars will be attributed on a first come, first served basis, and will be noted as a provisional entry in italics in the Entry List.
