We're looking into adding a few more cars to the maximum number some tracks allow by default, in order to minimize the instances where only a couple of drivers would be left out by prequalifying.
In this respect Gnoo Blas can now accomodate 40 cars instead of the initial 30. Crystal Palace had 24 by default which is OK since every class will have its own race there, but we have increased that number to 30 to make sure everybody can comfortably access the server during the two-week training period.
I will let you know when the other tracks are done being modified.

On Steam, the version available for Gnoo Blas is 1.20. Is this version correct to download?

The original v1.20 is the exact same as the one we will use except for the number of cars allowed. The server will send you our version with modified number of cars allowed when you log on to the training server that will be launched tomorrow. But in the meantime as far as offline training is concerned you can safely use v1.20 and won't see a difference regarding layout etc

Both Bremgarten and Monza can now accomodate 40 cars, as opposed to the 36 and 30 they respectively could host originally. Thanks to our old friend JP for making these changes for us

Round 3 for the 1953 series has been changed from Südschleife to Monaco.
The Südschleife circuit has a default 4-3-4 grid which can be prone to online issues as we saw in Gnoo Blas. It also has a 26 car limit which cannot be augmented unlike other tracks.
To make sure we have a trouble free event we thus have elected to switch to a circuit with a proven record of reliability online. It also is one of the best historic tracks available in rFactor 2, with excellent layout and graphics.
There is slight dent to HSO's historical accuracy standards, as this was a 1952 event, the only time the Monaco Grand Prix was held for Sportscars instead of Grand Prix cars.

Please note that round 2 of the 1955 series will be held at Bathurst and not on the Nordschleife as we would have liked. No good historical versions of the Nordschleife have been released, although we were hoping one would come up before the scheduled race date, hence the change.

Hi all
Here's a link to the remainder of the schedule as a calendar link for your PC or phone. But do also please check the forum and/or Discord closer to the race date in case anything has changed.
