**HSO Rulings | Round 7 - Brands Hatch GP**

After reviewing the replay from round 3 the admins have made the following decissions.

Race 1+2:

For several incidents, Øyvind Andersen receives a total penalty of 1 Event Ban (to be served at Round 8 -  Silverstone GP) and 2 Race Back of the Grid Starts to be served at the next BTCC event Øyvind attends.
While most of the incidents were close calls we feel that the overall sense of aggressive driving that Øyvind displayed still warrants the 1 Event Ban. The second bit of the penalty is to allow Øyvind to show that he can race other cars without too much contact or aggressiveness.

A repeat incident of this kind will draw further disciplinary action from the league.

Race 2:

On Lap 7 Cezariusz Czlapinski has followed Øyvind Andersen for a little while and has a small tangle with him on the Start/Finish straight to start the lap. He then, going into Druids, brakes a bit too late and hits the rear-right of Andersens' car and sends him wide. This causes Øyvind to lose one position in his fight for the Total Cup points.
Since this is the 2nd time Cezariusz has had an avoidable contact (the 1st one being at Thruxton but it was a verbal warning only) we feel that a Back of the Grid penalty for one race is in order.
Cezariusz Czlapinski recieves a 1 Race Back of the Grid Start penalty to be served at the next BTCC event Cezariusz attends.

A repeat incident of this kind will draw further disciplinary action from the league.
