**HSO Rulings | Round 2: Brands Hatch Indy**

After reviewing the replay from round 2 the admins have made the following decissions.

Race1:

After a miss-communication and run off the track, Richard rejoins the track and, seemingly in a bid to keep his position, darts towards the inside line.
David Jundt has allready got there and are alongside by the time Richard gets to a position to demand the space, resulting in David having to take avoiding action and then makes contact as there is not quite enough space to make the move without contact.
The correct action to take would to have double-checked the given a bit more room.

Richard Wilks recieves a Warning for a Dangerous Rejoin.

A repeat incident of this kind will draw disciplinary action from the league.
