Then again..anyone who's ever driven the 37LGP mod knows that the Auto Union Type C has some exhaust effects as well, if I'm not wrong.. so it might be done to an S76 as well, just.. BIGGER

main issue is the tracks, only 1 platform represent these tracks with today graphics
grand prix legends!
I'm going to install this gem this weekend with all tweaks and updates and i rather go back to it then forward to AMS or any new sim!
best 2 platform for historical 30-60s is gpl and rfactor nothing else can match running these with GOOD physics! but gpl have them in the most accurate fashion , even today it is is realy incredible to see this 20y old sim with graphics that looks and match almost like vlm rfactor tracks! and the cars looks incredible , specialy the cockpits, for example canam 71 , they look so much better then the rfactor version running here.

My dream car...
The 787B has been done a few times, but I never tried the AC one, the rF2 mod seems to have rather average sound files.
But as an interested Mazda follower(I like them for some reason), maybe some other cars that have barely seen any action in sims:
Mazda RX-7 Group Touring Car(won Spa 24 Hours 1981) Mazda RX-7 IMSA GTU(1979 Daytona 24 Hours class winner, 5th place overall) Mazda MX-6(Initial GTO car) Mazda RX-7 IMSA GTO(Beast of a machine, 4 rotor) Mazda RX-792P(IMSA GTP) Mazda RX-7 Super GT GT500 Mazda RX-7 Group B Rally Car(it might not have been very successful, but it looks cool and sounds amazing)
Maybe also the Onyx ORE-1B run by Monteverdi(-Onyx) in the FSRM 1990 mod, but it's not that great I think. It needs the HSO treatmeant!
The Ford Escort Mk I Group 5(DRM) car would also be nice, there's a mod for AC, but not for rF2 though. Otherwise, the Lotus Europe DRM car built by Harald Ertl would also be nice.
I could also mention about any of the Chaparral cars here, especially the 2K, which I haven't seen yet anywhere...

There are some early RX-7 (definitely the GTU, not so sure about Gr.3/4 or Gr.A) derivates available for GTL, one Forza title features the '90s GTO-RX-7, and I remember a RX-792 in a prototypical state ingame for the F1C PrototypeC mod
But I wouldn't mind to see some late 80s GTO/GTU/TA cars, as well. So many stuff that's uncovered so far

GTL okay(although I haven't driven a lot of the old games), but I'd like to see them in more recent games.
Forza? No thanks I want them in a Sim!
Agree on seeing more of them, Raceroom has slightly gone that way.

That Quattro was awesome. If I remember correctly, they had to keep hitting the car with weight penalties so it wouldn’t run off and leave the RWD competitors.

Indeed. Same with the 90 GTO in IMSA the following year. Audi was really on it in the late 80's.

As they dominated the Super Touring class in the mid 90's with the A4 Quattro.
Which is something I never entirely understood as I thought the Super Touring regulations of 1993, at least initially, only allowed two-wheel driven cars?

Just a matter of lobbying long enough. If all that is left behind is scorched earth, move on and find the next championship you can bust...

The car is IIRC in the BPR mod for GTR2, so you should be able to convert it to rFactor.

I too would love to drive some old record-breaking cars, maybe some aero-engined ones too! I wondered about making one myself but I can't model for the life of me
1500HP Packard-Bentley anyone?

Make a Auto Union V16 in Automation and give it a proper vehicle model
