| With sadness and anger, I think that I won't run tomorrow. I can't fight against my car during 4 hours. There's no pleasure. I sleep on it, and maybe the night will give me the key. To remove my anger, I'm gone to run 1 lap on the Nordschleife with the capri 2600 from hgt 1.1. It was so | |

| Sorry, y'all...I'm absent for this one. Hate to do it at the last minute but I spent the morning buying an MGB and I'm still on my way back home with it. | |

| Voiture totalement inconduisible. | |

| NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... everything was going great, jan was just flying, but happy to be still on the track looking to finish, but then.... everything went dark, the power was out, but thankfully the pc was on battery, but would the internet hold up??? did half a lap with the ups alarm blaring, stopped at the pit entry and started to unplug speakers and anything i could think of to save the battery, sat back down to start driving but connection lost no idea who was still running, saw a couple drop out, maybe i'll still get enough? sad end to a great season. dave | |

| Well new record of zero laps in a race. Game/mod crashed during swap. Very sad, was looking forward to race with the Capri. See you all at Phoenix | |

| Load cell overheated and suddenly went into binary mode (on/off) after overtaking Gerard for the 2nd time. Braking was impossible, either all or nothing. Struggled for some more laps with scary lock brakes or not brake at all and had to quit finally Next time I will do some fuel calculations, ran the 1st stint with 110 litres and was much slower than the rest On the 2nd had the correct load and could fight with Gerard, but was too far behind Mick. Thanks for the fight Gerard, quite nice while it lasted | |

| My BMW had a fuel capacity of 65l I applied the fuel fix, did I somehow miss the BMW? In fact, the BMW was at disadvantage nearly everywhere, so I hoped it would be better on fuel and tyres. It wasn't. Tyres were toast after 1.5 hours while the Porsches continued on their merry way. I somehow made it back to 3rd after Alberto's misfortune, but I embarrassingly rolled my car onto it's roof while trying to get close to Mick to unlap myself. My god did I become shit in the time I was away from HSO... | |

| Argh, that was a wasted opportunity. Took a very careful start and prefered to trade a couple of positions instead of pulling it through. A couple of cars in front of me did me a favour and went of track, so soon I was back in my starting position, then fifth, then I ruined everything For some reason, I was in fourth gear entering the backstraight instead of third, ran wide and hit the barriers. Hard. Abso-effin-lutely hard. I hit the barriers in this place before, but it never caused that much damage. I had to pit immediately and that put me three minutes and two laps down as well as dead last. Well, time to start my charge, but it was really stiff competition ahead, so my progress was slow. And each time I passed someone, soon thereafter he quit. So basically we stayed the last car running for the rest of the race. Seein that I was able to go Albertos speed for an extended while, and i was constantly lapping 2.00 and 2.01 and I was having one of the best setups I ever raced, it really dissappointed about my shunt that put us so far back. I really have to apologise to Juha. And to Jason for that nudge I gave you while trying to unlap myself. I was a bit surprised about your cornering speed (or better the lack of the same). Was a fun event nontheless when the car was running fine. Just one of the drivers not being up to the task tonight | |

| Short review this time. Basically Michael blew it. After our Kyalami result, I was happy to again share a car with Michael. This track was tough so I was glad I wouldn't have to suffer it for four hours. My codriver proved to be the quicker of us, and came up with a good setup, so it was his turn to start the race. The deal stipulated "hand over the car with preferably 2 laps difference to the nearest car." Contract fulfilled - we were 2 laps down on everyone else when I took over. And being the perfect teammate, I put it in the gravel on my out lap. I did get up to 4th overall, but it was only through other peoples misfortune because I was the slowest of the four remaining drivers on track. I'm not disappointed with fourth place, Mick, Gérard and Jan were faster than me so I don't mind finishing behind them. Thanks for organising this. | |
