| Tony Bettenhausen 200 --> DOWNLOAD UPDATED TRACK <-- --> HOTLAPS <-- Event Schedule (all times given are CET): Sunday September 25th20:00 – Free practice 20:45 – Qualifying Shoot-out (private session, 2 flying laps) 20:50 – Drivers' briefing and warm-up 21:00 – Race start, 200 laps Server IP : 91.121.135.76: 34600Race server password : hso73Race Start Procedure and Full Course Yellow (En français en dessous) The start will be given flying behind the game-controlled pace-car. This series will see the appearance of the Full Course Yellow procedure. When rFactor judges that a situation is risky (a car stopped on the track, a spin on a speedway etc..), he will throw a Yellow Flag. From the time this Yellow Flag is thrown, overtaking is forbidden, but if you have doubt about your position, rFactor will tell you where you have to be when you will cut the start/finish line. At the same time the pitlane will be closed. It will be open again after one full lap behind the Safety Car. Pitting while the pits are closed is permissible in cases of serious damage (wing missing) or having less than one lap of fuel left. When the Safety Car is out, you must keep a normal pace until you reach the the line of cars behind the SC. Otherwise you'll get a penalty. Same when you exit the pitlane under yellow, you have to be quick enough to rejoin the SC. /!\ On oval track the leader will have to be careful to not overtake the Safety Car when the latter is exiting the pitlane. /!\ Restart Spacing Rule (En français en dessous) On restarts, all cars must be no more than two car lengths apart, and single file. Failure to observe this rule during the race could result in a post-race penalty. *** VF *** Lors des restarts, toutes les voitures ne doivent pas être séparées par plus de 2 longueurs de voiture et sur la même file. Tout manquement à cette règle peut entrainer des pénalités après course. Pit Entry and Exit ProceduresDuring the race, cars entering the pits must fade left briefly on the back straight to signal their intent to pit. This rule will only apply if a car or cars are running immediately behind the pitting car. Failure to follow this procedure could result in a post-race penalty.During the race, cars exiting the pits must keep all four wheels under the white and yellow lines until they exit turn 2, then they can blend into race traffic. Failure to follow this procedure could result in a post-race penalty.Behaviour on trackA few behaviour rules : - as for all HSO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you. - Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in race session. It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only. - Drive Through : If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100km/h max (60mph). If he doesn't respect this, he will get a 30s penalty at the end of the race. - If you have a spin on the course, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure the track is sufficiently clear before you rejoin the race. - Respect the red condition at the end of the pitlane. Application and Interpretation of the RegulationsThe admins alone are qualified to solve any problems raised by the application and the interpretation of the present regulations. One-off drives availablePlease note: Cars with red numbers are capable of 1000 bhp; the admins reserve the right to withhold them from a driver if they are judged to be too fast for them, or if their simracing level is unknown. #8 Bobby Unser | Eagle 73-Offy GY #18 Lloyd Ruby | Eagle 72-Offy FI #27 Tom Bigelow | Vollstedt 73-Offy FI #63 Larry McCoy | Atlanta 72-Offy FI #66 Mark Donohue | Eagle 72-Offy GY#97 Johnny Parsons | Eagle 68-Offy FIEntry List: Jason White #1 Parnelli VPJ2-Offy FI Jukka Maattanen #2 Eagle 72-Offy GY David Jaques #3 McLaren M16A-Offy GY Alberto Ibañez #4 Parnelli VPJ2-Offy FI Simon Wattman #5 McLaren M16C-Offy GY Martin Lacina #6 Eagle 72-Offy GY Alan Forster #7 McLaren M16C-Offy GY Juha Bos #9 Eagle 72-Foyt GY Scott Urick #11 Parnelli VPJ2-Offy FI Jacob Fredriksson #14 Coyote Mk4-Foyt GY Richard Coxon #16 Eagle 72-Offy GY Michael Drechsler #19 Eagle 72-Foyt GY David Sabre #20 Eagle 72-Offy GY Ludovic Tiengou #23 Eagle 72-Chevy FI Jan Kowalski #24 Kingfish 73-Offy FI Bob Holada #34 Eagle 72-Offy GY Bob Wilson #40 Eagle 72-Offy GY Lewis Stephens #51 Mongoose 71-Foyt FI James Knowles #66 Eagle 72-Offy GY Dana Schurer #86 McLaren M16B-Offy GY Andy Vins #97 Eagle 68-Offy FI Lee Simpson #98 Eagle 72-Offy FI

The unique GDB for this race includes the pits-closed rule. The AIW is also improved by Dana BUMP | |

| The .gdb file is a settings file for the track. It sets the track name, number of laps etc, and track lighting. The .AIW file is the ai waypoints file which tells the ai where to drive and set pitstop and grid positions. | |
