The game would just crash on startup, simple as that. It would show the black screen before the intro video, then it'd just crash saying "rFactor stopped working."
But it's not that bad, I've had over 200 GB of rFactor mods and stuff, I think it's an opportunity to clean it all up

Yeah, that can happen when you accumulate mods.  Time to clear off the palette and start fresh

Yes. The server only allows cars that appear in Round 8.

Mike Mosley in the Eagle 68 finished second in this race.  

I think that he also qualified 6th.      

Edit: although looking at the image he's in a Eagle 72/73.

Yes, the Eagle 68 bit is clearly a typo.  His teammate Johnny Parsons was in an Eagle 68.

If anyone has the info, I'd be interested in learning more about the Cicada driven by Jerry Karl and the Curtis driven by Al Loquasto in this race.

Ok, so.....

I am scheduled to work on Sunday and would miss this race, HOWEVER, if it rains, we will be closed and I can make the race. Current forecast for Sunday is Scattered Storms all day.

So, I'm not committing to the race, yet. I will make a final call on Saturday at the latest.

So feel free to practice my car. If I say I won't be there Saturday and it turns out that I can be there, if the scowling USAC official at the end of the pitlane will let me race, that'll be great!, If not I'll sit in the broadcast booth and do my best Bobby and Sam impressions.

Does the door to the broadcast booth lock from the inside?
