Sunday March 25th
20:00 – Qualifying Session 
21:00 – Drivers' briefing and warm-up
21:10 – Race start | 82 laps

A training server will be running 24/7 (same password).


Race Start Procedure

This race will feature a rolling start.
Once everybody is on the grid and green has been given by the game, drivers will start the formation lap at low speed. Do not overtake, stay packed, no more than 2 or 3 car lengths between each car.
After the formation lap, cars will continue rolling at reduced speed in the starting formation, so remember your side of the grid.
When the leading car will be in sight of the esses after the one formation lap, an admin will give the real start of the race by typing "GREEN FLAG" in chat.

Overtaking before “GREEN FLAG” appears in chat is not allowed.
Zigzaging to warm up your tires is not allowed.

Before the green flag, drivers should maintain a staggered formation, and not stay along side each other.

Pit Exit Procedure

Drivers are required to keep all four wheels behind the yellow line when rejoining the track after turn 1.
Failure to do so could result in a post-race penalty.
  

Behaviour on track

A few behaviour rules :

- as for all HSO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you.

- Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in race session. It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only.

- Drive Through : If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100km/h max (60mph). If he doesn't respect this, he will get a 30s penalty at the end of the race.

- If you have a spin on course, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure the track is sufficiently clear before you rejoin the race.

- Respect the red condition at the end of the pitlane.


Application and Interpretation of the Regulations

The admins alone are qualified to solve any problems raised by the application and the interpretation of the present regulations.

And the track, with period-correct Armco, sans bus stop, sans concrete patches, is absolutely spot-on! So glad you didn't move start/finish! That would have totally FUBAR'd the start. :hello:

The start is still going to be given via chat at the head of the esses.
Since there is no physical line up there to judge alignment, we will be going by a “green to the front is green to the field” rule for this one race.
