That is because they are not full-time drives.

That is because they are not full-time drives. Aha-thanks. I don't speak 1978 F1. Scooby doo in 1978-yes, but not F1

You'll need to take the mod in account for your research. Brabham third and fourth, two non-qualified Shadows and one at the back of the grid, I can assure you it's unlikely to happen.

| Giacomelli's M26 McLaren would count as a tasty drive in my book (not sure Jonatan would agree ) | |

| I could never suggest the M26 after having struggled with it ever since I put my hands on the car. But would you chose the M26 James, there is a setup for it, not sure you'd like it but it's a damn sight better than the default at least | |

#31 svp Why don't you take the Wolf or the remaining McLaren? You won't make it to the front of the grid but they're more competitive than the Martini. From the rules section:
- Quote :
- One-off drivers cannot switch from one car to another once they have made a selection.
Didn't you guys read my advert in Autosport? - Quote :
- Silly journeyman driver with more money than talent or brains is looking to dump his dosh in a spirited, yet overchallanged and underfunded team with an uncompetitive car for fulfilling his dream of driving Formula 1. Call (+49)221 - 59730
(don't dial that number, you'll end in a prison - literally) Seriously, while I wasn't even aware of the rule, when I make my choice, I feel kinda feel obliged to it (and IIRC, it was the last free car for the Brands Hatch round). I'm usually not the racedriving equivalent to the village bicycle I don't think its fair to the others. When Martini is finished (and I've got a feeling it won't be too long. I overheard some talk in the garage ), I'll move to the next free entry. I don't know what's still following this season, maybe there's a more solid car to jump in the remaining races. I like the idea of being a virtual paydriver. You need money? I need a ride! Now that's an idea for a simracing career

| Well, had a little test session, and to my surprise, the Martini is a whole different car in Zandvoort than it was in Austria. In the last race, I struggled getting it to turn, having understeer about everywhere and had to apply rather extreme values for wings, springs, camber to get it where I wanted it to be. Its a whole different beast here, very lively, a bit evil on corner exit, but otherwise just as I like it. Not fast, compared to the competition, but a nice ride. | |

The car is yours. The rules don't allow switching one-off cars after they are chosen.
