| Mid 26 seconds on the hotlaps now, I will have to find some more speed. Are these times from 2 flyings laps ? Does 2 flying laps mean the fastest lap of 2 or the average of 2 laps ? | |

| Looking for some driving/setup help. 72-Eagle-Offy I've looked through most of the posts in this forum. I believe I understand the philosophy of driving on an Oval. After a session yesterday and one today and over 100 laps I can do consistant 29-30 sec. laps and thats it no faster. I went into garage -basic and set grip to its highest setting and set balance to the understeer side. The car does not want to turn in unless I stand on the brakes for a good three seconds. On the front straight I'm off the throttle and full on the brakes just a little past the st/fin line. I've watched a few other cars do laps and I don't see them have to brake for as long or as early.
Also how do I chat. another driver said Hi and I couldn't reply Thanks BoB Holada

| I am certain Jason White might be able to help you out with the setup/driving side of things Bob, he helped me quite a bit with improving at Oval driving (I'm still not fast but at least consistent). As for chatting: If you are on track, the default button for chatting is T on your keyboard (if it's the same as for me) and then you can write what you want. Otherwhise it's on the main page in the "in Server" thing if that makes sense. I can't remeber what the page/tab is called but when you join the server it begins on that page every time. Make a note of that and you'll be good to go chatting On that page the chat is in the bottom left, the gray/black rectangle, left click on that if you've clicked somewhere else and then write. I hope this will help you | |

| I believe the more powerful cars will have a difficult choice here, because 1000 HP is a bit too much, but using the race boost (90 inches) you are 50 HP down on the qualy boost from the 950 HP in the regular Eagle 72, McLaren etc. But I believe at least Ludo should be happy here, as this track will suit his Chevy Eagle quite well | |

| You will know how we have felt during qualifying for the past 4 races then! I agree, the #23 Chevy powered Eagle could fly here with its better drive ability. | |

| Well I made my car choice very carefully considering the schedule. I hate the Parnelli chassis, but there are so many superspeedways that I wanted the extra juice in the engine Now at the short ones it's time to suffer and pay for that | |

Could suit also the Foyt. Sadly I've no time until Friday at best to ride. Not sure I'll be there for the race as I've got a real trouble to train.
