Behaviour on track
- as for all HSO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you.
- Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in race session. It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only.
- Drive Through : If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100km/h max (60mph). If he doesn't respect this, he will get a 30s penalty at the end of the race.
- Shortcuts : If a driver gains a position after shortcutting a turn, he is required to give it back as soon as possible. In the case where a driver would not do it rapidly, a 30-second penalty will be added to his total race time. In the event of abusive and intentional shortcutting, severe sanctions will be applied (up to definitive a ban from the league). To make sure you never shortcut a turn, try to always keep two wheels on the track.
- Respect the red light at the end of the pitlane.

Oui, je me souviens quand on y avait roulé pour le Tour de France, c'était le périph' à 18h ! ça va être sympa, et au moins pas de risque de finir dans un rail ou un mur, ou pire se perdre dans la campagne Nivernaise !

Hi guys, I normally like the historic tracks from HSO really much, BUT this version of Magny Coure is one of the baddest tracks I ever driven for rfactor. It looks like a pre-alpha version. And today Magny Cours is such a fantastic track. I really think we should drive the version who is raced since 1988. Ok I know it isn't the right one, but the 1961 isn't the original too, because the track who was raced 1985 was 3,848km long (modification 1971), not just 2,0km.
What do you guys think of it? Change the track?

Jan, you always have the option to skip the race, try to contribute to the league in a meaningful way by making better tracks or mods from your spare time, or do your own championship

JP I don't want to offend anyone from HSO. The organization is fantastic and the other drivers are great too. I only want to say that I think that there must be a better choice for such a great track like Magny Cours. And we have with rfactor 1 the great opportunity to get nearly every track arround the world from every era we want...

For me, the track is a secondary factor. The main thing is racing against other drivers. Fair and clean battles with fun. It doesn't really matter, if we do it at Yas Marina or between five cones on a flat surface.
But in some points, I have to agree with Jan. I've never seen a so simple track like this. But like I wrote, it doesn't matter for me.
Btw, I like those bushes all around the track. They give a little western feel to the track.

J'ai roulé dessus en 94 et 95, il n'y avait plus le pif/paf juste après Adélaïde, pour le reste c'est pas trop mal reproduit à ce que je m'en souvienne.

I should be around
And I'm looking forward to getting back into the old girl again (umm... that almost sounded very wrong ).
This is what I can, sort of, do if I really want to (I'm in the Black Mustang)
The battling was great fun. Sadly the last incident saw me drop several positions as I waited for the Holden to come back by as I clearly caused him to loose control.
