Rothmans Porsches have a 735 HP engine for qual when non factory Porsche have "only" 620 HP.

It's 589 HP vs 565 HP with 1000K engine so the difference is not as big as in qual

I did not know that, i knew in real life the Rothmans Porsche team had more power, Was it down to the Bosch control units? But i wondered if the modders had included the better HP and tbh i thought they wouldn't have.

That's the first thing I checked after I downloaded the mod

I fully agree, Carl.

I swapped with Martin and started my first laps with this mod on this track.

It is illuminated quite poorly. I noted the dual lamp spotlights mark the corners.

I plan to do some heavy lapping offline at night prior to the race so as to not embarass Martin

dear friends, we tried harrd yesterday evening with Honza to sort out my problems with connection but no luck. I completely reinstalled rF and try everything I know (and few things I dont know) but I am still not able to correctly connect to the server...I am sorry, we have to drop out from today race.

You have to use DX9 in the rFactor config !!!
Otherwise you will get mismatches if you join on the server or someone else joins.

The server will be back online in 50 minutes for the warm up

Don't forget the 2 fuel refill rules for this race (see the first post).

Only the drivers registered here are allowed to enter the server.

I had not heard of the 4GB patch, been a busy week. As expected, CTD as soon as the race session was initiated. Ah well, was going to be a back breaker anyway. I hope it was a good race!

Après quelques erreurs de runtime (aucun problème jusqu'à ce soir), viré du serveur, je reviens mais comme si j'étais spectateur.. reboot, trop tard pour se connecter.... déçu, ma petite Lancia était bien réglée, impatiente...

pareil pour moi....

Ce ne serait pas les fichiers sky.dds qui avaient été proposés qui posent probleme?

impossible de rester sur le serveur et en plus d’énormes artefacts j'ai pas compris , bonne course a tous  

Well that didnt last long a porsche cutting inside white lines on turn 1 start of lap 2 took me straight out,i am assuming the white lines are the race track,and not wall riding the inside.
