| It's inside the rfactor where you installed the VLM mod. It allows Windows 64 bits to use more than 4GB of memory when playing rfactor. | |

| I was assuming that if spectator mod was allowed during practice and qual it was also on during race session, but it was not... sorry Otherwise the mod is great, had a great fight with Alessio then with Ricard. I hope everyone will be able to solve their problem until the next race, but it will not be easy to test it as the problem seems to appear only with more than 24-25 cars on the server... | |

| Apparently some of the CTDs could be caused by the GEN file containing too many strings and the LODs swapping frequently. Someone at F1Classic updated the GEN file making a specific one for each car and people were able to load 80 cars at Mid Ohio without any problems when before they could not. - Marvin Wankerstein wrote:
- Here are the tweaked .gen files.
The archive contains three .gen files, each with a different transition distance. Lower distances should give better performance at the possible risk of lesser quality since you will see the lower LODs sooner. The transition distances available are 120, 150, and 180m.
These .gen files use two LOD models for the body, front wing, rear wing, rear bumper, engine, and all four tires.
To use one of these do the following: 1. unpack the archive to the same folder the original .gen file is in. 2. rename the original file to something like PTC_GEN_original.gen. 3. rename the one you want to use to PTC_GEN.gen 4. go racing with the mod.
Please report back with your results.
^^Of course that would result in a mismatch I would assume? In terms of the race, that was just awesome and exhausting. Thanks Martin, Ricard and Gerard for the battles, shame you ran out of fuel Gerard. If I had known you'd ran out of fuel I would have stopped and pushed you across the line

| That was fantastic! Even though my little Rondeau was far away from the pacesetters, I had a lot of fun, mostly with Larrad. His Lancia was marginally faster than me, but had to do 2 stops. The great thing with the Rondeau is that it doesn't use much fuel - I got away with just 160 litres over the entire race. Great race, great test of man and machine. Count me in for a full championship! | |

| Fantastic racing everyone! I am tired. Car was running beautifully, but I screwed up and went from 5th to 2nd gear instead of 5th to 4th in turn 1. It spun and I backed it in the wall. The right rear tire was heavily bent, but drivable back to the pits. The pit crew repaired it very well, but it took them 385 seconds!!!
After that, I was pushing hard the rest of the way. Happy to come back to 2nd and happy the car and engine made it with no issues, aside from me. |

| Bfffff what a race.... I'm so tired... never 3h alone again. Great fight with Martin during the first part of the race, but sorry for hitting you there in the last corner, you overtook me and I completely missed my braking point, tried to stop the car but no way. I wanted to be the first non Porsche, but Kevin was too fast in his Sauber. My fuel consumption was great though, around 1.9L/lap. Also I want to apologize to Dave Miller for that crash when lapping you, I locked my front wheel and couldn't steer fast enough, and also to Raul Jereb, you were entering the track very slowly just after the hairpin, my car was understeering out of the corner and I was too slow making a decision and couldn't avoid the touch. Apart from those things, a very nice race, the first two hours were fun, but the last hour i was quite bored and mentally tired. Congrats to Austin and the rest of the podium, and to Dave for that C2 win of course!

Great race, great test of man and machine. Count me in for a full championship! I Had a fantastic race with Jacob, as i suspected before the race .. 3 Hours of awesome fun the only real problem was i had to pit 3 times ... I Took my 1st scheduled pitstop and when i stopped at my pitbox nothing happened so i wasted God knows how long in the pit . I exited the pit and requested another pitstop a lap or so later and everything worked great .. My Lancia was quicker than Jacobs Rondeau but after my 3rd Pitstop i was out of position so i had to try and catch Jacob slowly , thinking he still had to make another pitstop ... I Ran out of laps in the end but was happy with 9th place and then rather Cruelly Gerard ran out of fuel on the last lap so i was gifted 8th place .. Thanks to Yves also for the Beautiful Setup Francois the sunset was even more Beautiful tonight Well Done to Austin Not sure who won C2 in the end but congrats to all finishers .. I Loved this race , Please Give Me more Thanks VLM and Martin For Organizing
