If I could put my 3 best sector times together I am in the mid 4s near Mr Speedy Coxon but that may happen once in a blue moon. I did run a 3xxx lap in a practice race from drafting an AI car all the way down the main straight. Warning to all!!! Do not cut the left hand corner that feeds you onto the long 4 lane main straight even with 2 tires. When the race is on the track will call it a cut lap and has a hair trigger for giving you a stop and go. Be safe and keep all 4 tires on the track.

| Testing track in race mode for a bit. Will be back up in 5 to 10 min.
Edit: Track back open in practice mode.
I hate to say this but the cut track thing is not consistent. You may make it through, but you may also get tagged. I cut it hard 5 times in a row.
For the race, the rule will be no cutting that corner unless forced or out of control.

Ahem...passed by 1:34,827 Freaking Sedan Bs go by like we are standing still. Except on long straight. There they make super draft targets. Too bad I hosed up the other two sectors when I caught Austin on the main straight almost perfectly.

| Testing offline with AI in race mode I was getting "drive throughs" in the right/keft before drag strip even though I was no where near edge of track (Atleast 2 car widths away round right hander and no where near apex of left hander. Ofyen I would get warning or penalty whilst going round right hander. The line the AI were taking on straights was as if track was 3 meters narrower.
Pit Lane Speed Limit:- Speed Limit appears to be about 120/30mph, but I read in rules, that drive throughs are to be taken at 60mph. During qualifying and "by passing" grid during "pre start" zone, what is the pitlane speed limit?
At the start of the race session you will get the usual 30 seconds countdown which usually is the time you have to click on the “race” button and directly join the starting grid.- From RULES
If I dont get in car before the light turn green will I be excluded....sounds a silly one, but I dont want to try it out and find I will be....thx

| I would suggest to the race admin to disable black flags just in case. Your decission - Quote :

Yeah, I have worked out the race will be some 38 laps and the Cuda is sucking almost 2 litres per lap with 80 on the tank. Will be tiiiiiiiiight

Drive through rules are as you stated, must maintain lower speed even though speed limit set higher.

| I really don't know what happened there. Was having a fight with Richard when suddenly my gearbox jumped from 4th to 2nd in the back straight. Had both hands on the steering wheel so I know it wasn't me. Final result: BUM Guess it's time to disassemble my G25 gearbox too and see what is wrong Richard, that AMC flies in a straight line | |

| Mr Titz Mr Titz.......... The first race in which I really didn't know whether to laugh or cry........Tears were involved, that I do know......but more from the release of Mr Titz grip.....and I might have made my first F1 2014 style nose..I was in too much despair to check I tried so many times in testing but none were worthy I hope my race craft was up to standard Jan? I know yours was as you tried every trick in the book to fend me off....and in a way it worked.....nice escape before my demise......note to self...dont get to focused on guy infront especialy when he has to take evasive action that you cant copy when it counts...... I'm off to get a take away then to watch replay to tot up mine and Mr Titz mistameaners.... A well deserved position kept Mr Titz | |

| Was having great fun with you Tiago, I noticed going under the archway that said "Shell Oils" i was going 1mph faster than you, But im guessing that Javelin has got much better torque. And you like blowing engine's infront of me, Scared the s*** out of me, You did the same in Kyalami in the open races earlier in the year But was great fun, And hopefully if you can make most of the races, We will have more battle's Thanks for hosting Mike, Well done to Austin on his win | |

| Results are posted here. Detailed race report here. Enjoyed the race. Almost ate the wall of death but slid to its left. Carl and Alberto got past me. I caught them but could not pass. Carl did a superb clean job of guessing and blocking my lines. Best race so far. Sorry Tiago binned it. I bet he got distracted at end of main straight. Corrected...gearbox full of neutrals...OUCH

| Man these Big Muscle cars are great fun to drive me and Alberto where locked in Battle for most of the hour never more than a couple of seconds apart ... In the early part of the race we also had some great laps with Leo well done (Slo Mo )you really had the little Alfa charged up ... I Have not had such an intense battle for ages i think the Trans Am maybe 1 mph or so quicker on the straights than the Barracuda but Alberto made up for that with his driving skill ... After an Hour Long Duel Alberto beat me by just 1/2 second and Mike was 1/2 second behind me so 2nd 3rd and 4th In the A Sedan class was nearly a Photo Finish ... Well done to Austin and Richard faultless performances .. Unlucky Tiago | |
