Race Start Procedure

Behaviour on track

- as for all HSO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you.

- Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in race session. It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only.

- Drive Through : If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100km/h max (60mph). If he doesn't respect this, he will get a 30s penalty at the end of the race.

- Shortcuts : If a driver gains a position after shortcutting a turn, he is required to give it back as soon as possible. In the case where a driver would not do it rapidly, a 30-second penalty will be added to his total race time. In the event of abusive and intentional shortcutting, severe sanctions will be applied (up to definitive a ban from the league). To make sure you never shortcut a turn, try to always keep two wheels on the track.

- Respect the red light at the end of the pitlane.

Application and Interpretation of the Regulations

The admins alone are qualified to solve any problems raised by the application and the interpretation of the present regulations.

Is the qualifying for the race, the same as last week for reserve drivers?

Indeed:

Pre-Qualification are now open for the reserve drivers, they will end on Friday January 24th at 10:00pm CET.

Les pré-qualifications sont ouvertes pour les pilotes de réserve, elles se termineront le vendredi 24 janvier à 22h00.

Ça dépendait des circuits je pense    La il y a quand même moyen de trouver quelques repères mais ils sont loin de la piste alors ça prend un petit peu plus de temps pour s'y habituer c'est sûr. Mais au moins ceux la ils resteront jusqu'à la fin de la course, pas comme les ptits panneaux habituels qui n'auraient de toute façon pas fait long feu

Ah, that explains it. This morning, looking at the times, I was like, "WTH?! I can't be *that* uncompetitive!"   

The rule is simple:

If I see a driver taking advantage by cutting the chicane on purpose, he will lose his car if he's a regular driver, or he will be disqualified for this race if he's a reserve driver.

Concernant la chicane, la règle est simple:

Si je vois un pilote couper volontairement la chicane et en retirer un avantage, ce dernier perdra sa voiture si c'est un pilote titulaire, ou sera disqualifié de cette course si c'est un pilote de réserve.

j'ai pas encore vu à quoi ressemblait le tracé mais n'étant pas encore titulaire je trouve cette règle très très bonne

Martin, sauf erreur de ma part, je ne trouve plus la Lotus de Bernard Collomb après avoir appliqué le patch V2...

J'ai fait gaffe à bien vérifier que je sois bien dans le Championnat de 1965 de HSO dans rfactor mais je ne vois plus ma Lotus bleue (tintin quoi...   ).

Peux-tu vérifier s'il te plait
