| Trevor will be loading up HGT mod for the first time tonight. In order to avoid the mad ass camera shift bug, he has to delete the grinding tranny plug in, right? | |

I was not aware of said bug but I have deleted the grinding tranny plugin myself so there should be no issue.

| I can't make this race. My Mrs. will go in a trip tomorrow morning and I need to take her to the airport. If I did the maths right, the race will start at 1:40 AM in here. It's impossible for me Sorry | |

| Absolute Bull......Got a drive through Penalty for speeding in the pits on way to grid (Limit was 37, Which seemed very low) Must have got it on the exit of the pits but to top it off, during the race wouldn't let me or Carl serve our penalties so we got DQ'd. Wouldn't be too bothered but we stay up to do the race and then wont let us race really. Anyway See you all at the next one, Hope it was a good one and well done on the Sedan A Win Mike | |

| Richard you did the same as me i don't feel nearly so bad now maybe we both need to read the rules on stop go precedures .... We should have just taken a drive through ... You Don't have to stop at your pitbox | |

| Oh that really sucks. BTW...I mated with the guard rail on last hard braking right. Locked it up a slid for a good 50 meters. WHAM. Red all over. Not sure why you were DQ'd. Will test that. Very sorry you guys had to drop out. Hollow victory | |

| Pretty nutty run. The first lap was epic, as it was a three way (almost four way) battle for the lead at the hairpin! After Trevor got around me for 2nd, I tried to overtake him at the hairpin and got it all wrong. Locked up and went straight into the haybales. What I didn't know, until I came around two more times, was that I had missed a marker of some kind when re-entering the track. So I essentially lost one lap to the field Soldiered on, trying to catch Mike and later Mick, but made some foolish errors at the last turn and needed to pit for repairs. In the closing laps I found myself in close proximity to Mick, who was fighting an ill-handling car while trying to catch Jan. Although my car was clearly faster after repairs, I was two laps adrift and tried to stay behind. But each time I slowed to give him room, I closed back up when he was fighting the car. In the end he spun at the last turn, but it still made for an awkward last few laps. In retrospect, I should have just drove through the pits once and created a big enough cushion to last to the end. Was sorry to see Trevor crash out, but glad he joined us The stop-and-gos for the A-competitors were very unfortunate, especially since they were burning the midnight oil just to join us. I hope we can find a way to avoid that situation next race... We need to go on a recruitment blitz for HSO-A, Mike. Any sites come to mind for spamming purposes? | |

| My first online rfacror race. And a good learning experiece it was. Happy with my qualy time after 20 minures as there was noway I was going to better my position, so spent the rest of qualy sorting race setup and seeing how things panned out on a longer run (I have only done an hour run in rftrainer and a porshe 9111RSR) Was getting a bit humg up on a bvery hot right font, but seemed as long as I didn't push to hard into left handers, I never actualy lost any time.
Memory of the race start is a bit foggy at the moment, but it wasn;t good, but I think one of the Sedan A cars let me by(thanks). Gradualy the BMW pulled away, so had a bit of a lonely run, but very useful as I was learning every lap how the car behaved in different situations, a nice one was , I could keep falt out over hump, and as long as I didn't brake until car was at maximum compression, I could still make turn 1.20 laps ro go, and I seemed to be closing on the alpha, and as long as I didn;t push too much, stay inthe 1:08's and low 1:09;s, and that was with some minor(?) damage, but front right tyre was starting to loose grip. In an effort to close in on BMW, I didn't change up to 4th before turn 2 which a few times resulted in me shifting sown to neutral as I lose count of what gear I was in. Then a white capri pulls out of pits, (I wasn't sure what car it was at the time, thought it was a backmarker, but noticed I gained a position. SO found myself having to defend instead of catching BMW up. A good battle for two laps, but then asked too much of my tyres, Maybe if I had decided to give up chasing 2nd and focused on defending 3rd and make sure I placed my car in the right places, but it is those heat of the moment race at all costs that let me down.
..and a big thanks to all the HSO team that helped me out to get here.

| Trevor and I died in almost the exact same spots but I give him the demolition derby car award as he really REALLY bent his car bad losing the LF tire. I was not even scratched. Just hit the wall square on and it killed the engine. Arrgggh. Not exactly how I imagined my 1st win but I shalt not complain Pit speed limits will be raised a whole bunch for next race. I know how to do so now (Thanks Frank). Frank said he can sort the database tomorrow so results show up correct. Nifty race report here if you want it. | |

| Well done guys, great to see HSO taking off But man is the Cuda slow, even with Tiago driving it's 1-2 seconds off the pace I wouldn't care too much about it if there were other slower cars picked in the category, but I'm afraid that if I manage to join in some race, it will be a lonely hour of racing for me | |
