This will be considered. It is not something I can just jump on and especially not within days of a race. We just don't do that in HSO (last minute changes unless there is a very compelling reason).

Let me talk it over with the real bosses (us colonists just mow the grass and tend to the children you know...and send our gold back to the King). I think it is a good idea but execution of good ideas properly is what makes HSO what it is...HSO.

With respect to race start times:

As HSO-A moves forward there will often be times when HSO Europe has races the same day as HSO-A. HSO Europe races are often long and I must allow time for the race, time for there to be a problem (restart) and time for the administrator of the race to pull his results files and replay files from the sever before I launch for HSO-A practice and qualifying. For primary leagues in HSO-A such as this SCCA season the race starts will remain where they are as we build our pool of drivers. That will take time.

For open events and possibly HSO-A endurance events the races can be started earlier (especially the enduros for pure sanity reasons     ). It is still going to be an exception vs. the rule as far as race start times. Typically the earliest qualifying start will be 1800 for HSO-A events and 1830 when other events are likely to be happening throughout the season.

Recall we have run two opens in HSO-A. Both days I ran the HSO and then the HSO-A event. There is no way we could have started the HSO-A race earlier. This was one of the reason we ran the opens, to allow me to break myself in as an admin and to understand what issues we are causing within the system.

I respect the request and understand the reasoning but I am afraid we are going to have to stick to the times as they stand now to achieve what we started HSO-A for. That is an Americas based group that may also run in the Euro races when possible.

Our final request was aimed just at the races on datas where HSOA will race alone, but anyway what is more important is that the admins feel comfortable and can manage everything as you see best. Yes, wouldn't dream of asking if all the races could be moved forward, Was only proposing as Alberto said, the races were HSO-A races alone, E.G This Sunday.

Sounds good mike and thanks for considering like alberto said most wouldent even had replied. I dont know if you guys are ready did this but i added the +fullproc to the exe, and all i can say is wow. i was around 180 fps on this track. Now its over 500  and never drops below 300 lol at full settings. Why didnt i know this before......

Whenever there is local holiday here on monday I will however be able to take part --> I'll report on the race thread then.

And if you organize any other HSOA open on friday or saturday night you can count with me, maybe thursday sometimes too

We manly men in muscle cars will relatively politely move over as you Capriisters blow by.

The race is right in the middle of dinner time on the west coast of USA, which makes it difficult for me. Thanks for all the work you do, Mike and admins.

Racing is one of the few things the house boss lets me prioritize schedule wise...otherwise I get this

I am pretty sure tonight's    Sunday's will be acceptably large. I hope at least 3 big cars show. Regardless, I am running the T/A. It is a beast to wrestle to a controlled stop at the end of the main straight.

I love wrestling the javelin through the section at the back of the track, And tonight's? Thought race was Sunday night? Or is it already Sunday there?
