Ohh crap not good, take care . I cracked a disc open a couple years ago, the only time i was allowed to sit down was on the lo . It took six months to recover So be careful .
Yeah this is a bitch! I've met a physio though and looks like it's not a cracked disc, but a mild slip or such causing ischias nerve pain. Certain stretches do help and it's definitely getting better now. I've had this since the beginning of the summer but it got really bad couple weeks back when I was fixing the summer house roof. Now I spend most of the days laying on the floor. :/
Raced in Monza with painkillers but it's worse now.

Samuli, I myself have a disc hernia since 2007, and I can understand you well as the pain can be really excruciating. The good news however is that if you act consequently and do regularly sport and stay fit, the problem becomes minimal Check with a doctor what you really have ASAP, but don't worry even if you had an hernia, as it will improve a lot with some simple care

Second that motion here. My back hates me but as long as I stretch it often it leaves me alone. I dread flying though.

Seeing the Mustang you own, I bet I know the reason of your back injury - the acceleration must be column vertebrae breaking

I just bought it. The torque pulls a nice traction effect on my back if I lean the seat back and hammer drop the clutch (with stability control turned off).
The Pirelli P-Zeros it comes with are not going to last long.

Anyone willing to share setup tips? I'm using the same set at each track, just changing wing settings and gearing. If it were that easy in Formula 1 technical directors would be out of work....
I think I'm in the 40s for wings front and rear, and have lowered 5th and 6th gear a bit from Monza. Suspension same as Monza.
On the cusp of the 1:17s in qually trim, but of course would like much more.
So far the best set I have has the front sway bar disconnected, and that just sounds....wrong.......

Not going to make Quali tonight, but guessing there shouldn't be a problem with attending the race tomorrow, unless everyone randomly decides to reappear again.

I'm happy with managing a 16.9 in hotlapping when my PB was a 16.7
On the other hand I'm unhappy with myself for not unlocking the potential of the car but then again, first time in the Ferrari this week with about 8 hours of driving with it. I bonded with it quite quickly, now I'm just looking to try and get something more out of the car that I know is in it
Well done everyone, some really good times when I was able to join, unfortunately a bit late which didn't help my trying to get a PB in

Thank you James
I'm usually not a hotlapper so I'm looking forward to the race but then again, this track invites for misstakes so it will be a difficult, but hopefully, fun race tomorrow

My Qualifying Lap
Hope you enjoy the ride and I was on the edge but I think I managed to keep 2 wheels on the tarmac at all times, if not, then please send me backwards on the grid so that it is fair for everyone
