I just noticed since the next race is scheduled 4th August I'm not going to make it, I'm going out of town the day before to see my friend get married. And won't be home the next day

Sorry, I couldnt attend last race because my back was aching like never before. I should be able to race in the next race tho.

Newbie here. Best I can tell 3 cars are still available to chose:

#28 Elfin MR5
#57 Surtees TS8, Team Corsair
#66 Crossle 15F

Offline I usually chose the #3 Match or #10 T300 which doesn't help me chose one of the above. I'm open to helpful suggestions. In the meantime I'll jump into the TS8.

The TS8 is the fastest of the three you mentionned, with the Elfin a bit behind with its Repco V8. The Crosslé is the pure dog of the mod, as it only has a 3.5 Rover V8 which is very much down on power compared to the Detroit iron.

Thanks for the info, Frank. And thanks for updating the list, Guillaume. I see now that the #23 Tony Settember (V8 Chevrolet Bartz - Firestone) M18 is now free. I may jump in that instead. I did a mid-51 with race fuel in the TS8. Hopefully I won't be lapped too many times over 70 laps (!!!) at that pace. With a descent grid of cars, that's going to be a busy little track. Looks like we'll need at least one fuel stop. Tires, too? Wishfully thinking I'll last more than a few laps before crashing.

Hello all, sorry to not have been around. My Father has fallen ill which is the reason why I have not been participating. He is on the mend now however will require assistance from me so I would like to relinquish my ride as I will not be using it. I know there is only one more race to go but the car is open if someone would like it.

Thank you for the organization of these events, I had fun in the race I was able to join and hope to join in on some more in the future.
