Round 7 - Grand Prix de France [April 28th]

Present!..

First 6 laps I was dealing with a spiking throttle which I was eventually able to fix, on my first timed run my wheel slipped off of his mount and made me half spin, and then on my only fast lap I made a mistake in the 2nd chicane No Saturday qualifying for me, which means back end of Top 10 I think

One freeze and one CTD

Anyway not a bad qualy for me in a track I don't like ... and happy to have set a 1.20.6 in my final lap, as in my previous 1.20.8 I had cut a bit a chicane and was unsure if it should count or not

Pfft.....Be happy if i qualify with my time! So angry with myself.

Franck, pourrais-j'emprunter votre set-up pour la race?

That car can't be that bad if you manage to get pole(and even 2nd on the grid), I still asking myself how it is that quick.

Thanks to the low numbers, I am 11th. But I wonder if I can go 2s quicker

bravo à mon coequipier Marc qui me met 1.3 dans la vue .
que dire du nouveau pensionaire de Coloni qui est juste sur les talons de ma benetton....
pour ma part j'apprend ma benetton et ses reglages qui certes est sans commune mesure plus rapide que mon ancien bacquet ,mais tout de mème plus difficile à cerner.
enfin surtout bonne chance à william tringas qui j'espère pour lui fera partie des 26 premiers

I like it too, plus it's kinda my home track as I go there every year

The lap wasn't especialy better than what I did at Mexico, but with a lot more braking zones and less easy fast curves where the fastest cars drive themselves, it makes a big difference.

Since a Ligier looks like having a free spot for Sunday's race, could I take it ?

You don't have to run this Saturday's quali session, however if there are more than 26 qualifiers then you won't start

I was asking because I will have a First aid course tomorrow and it goes for the whole day and the qual time will happen rigth in the middle of it (considering time zone).

Alright I put Jay and William on the Ligiers (this race only).
