c'est par ou qu'il faut couper?
j'ai pris à gauche le bitume bizzarre juste apres les 2 1ers virages ça me ramene au debut du tour mais ça ne déclenche pas le chrono

On ne sait pas trop ce qu'il en est avec ce circuit, le chrono se déclenche pour certains mais pas pour d'autres. Chez moi, il ne se déclenche pas, donc obligé de faire un premier tour entier.

Is the fix working now and will we be using it for the race ..

I'm just wondering if everyone is extracting the fix rar file to the correct directory
this might explain why it works for some people and not others ..

j'ai effectivement eu une hésitation quant au placement de ,ces fichiers.

J'ai mis l'AIW et les 3 fichiers dans Gamedata/Locations/CSGT/70nordschleife/70nordschleife. Le circuit se charge, mais arrivé sur l'écran d'accueil, je suis dans l'impossibilité de cliquer un onglet (moniteur, garage, course, etc...).
Avec le fichier original, j'essaie de prendre le raccourci mais je suis disqualifié avant de revenir sur la ligne des stands.
Le fichier AIW du fix fait 944Ko, alors que l'original fait 2616Ko, normal?
Sinon, les 3 fichiers gmt qui accompagne l'AIW du fix, a quoi ils servent? Car aucune trace d'un seul gmt dans le 70nordschleife original.

Il faudra que j'upload ce que j'ai chez moi vu que ça marche.

Sinon Ben, les fichiers GMT sont contenus dans le fichier MAS de base, mais quand on met des GMT tout seuls dans le même répertoire que le MAS, le jeu utilisera ceux là plutot que ceux du MAS.

pour ma part je place les fichiers comme ben
ça marche dans les 2 cas
mais l'ia est foireuse avec les fichiers de 946ko
je ne me fait pas disqualifier mais le chrono ne se déclenche pas non plus quand j'essaie de couper le 1er tour avec le fix

Guys I have a problem with my 3.0 Ford Capri RS2600 '72. I'm blowing up my engine all the time within 2 laps
I've tried many things already: not shifting up too late...letting loose of the gas pedal when shifting etc. So i'm not hitting the rev limiter all the time but even then the engine could suddenly blow-up. Any tips guys?

Hi Peter! Nice pictures It's great fun battling with the muscle cars, isn't it?

Have you tried taking off engine braking, adding radiators, and lowering the RPMs? You may need to run a longer gear ratio during the race, just to save the engine, too. It's worth sacrificing speed for reliability in a 7 lap race of the Nord. I'm not sure how many of those settings you'll be able to adjust though.

Also try coasting where possible, and using higher gears on some corners. I've found with my car that it hits redline 1000rpm lower than it hits the limiter, which makes it feel like I'm short shifting. Definitely try short shifting to make the engine last, of course.

Thanks Jon, some things you say I have not tried yet..but indeed a lot cannot be changed suchs as engine revs.

I Had both versions in my track folder but i have copy and pasted the files to this directory
I Guess it must be working as it does not say wrong way anymore when i take the shortcut but the timer
does not start as soon as i cross the line is this normal will it give me my time when i cross the line for the 2nd time ....

Well I hope you can manage it but I think your 5.0 Chevrolet Camaro is a bit on the heavy side for the corners...great power though!
