Ok, I've installed the mod... and I cant see the cars, I can only see and drive the 1500 ERA

You should install this mod on a fresh rFactor install.
Geralmente outros mods entram em conflito com o 37 GP.

Very glad to get such a wonderful modification, thank you very much! While the objective assessment of the given early, just starting to get acquainted. In the nearest future it would be appropriate to conduct a fan of the race or League. Despite the high employment mod VLN 2012, I think that was able to choose the time to participate.

I tried it

The cars look and sound beautiful. Only the Auto Union sounds a bit weird at low revs imo, but no big deal.

The 3 Grand Prix cars are very different to drive.
The Alfa is nice and pretty easy, but down on power.
The Auto Union is a rocket, pretty stable but quite understeery as well.
The W125 is just impossible to drive As soon as you apply a bit of throttle, the backend goes crazy, you can never apply 100% throttle even in straight line, or you'll spin.
Concerning the 1500cc cars, they're only good for a sunday afternoon drive in the countryside I guess

What I did not like :
- The cars have NO FFB. I had to edit the hdv files to have some FFB. I guess that's because you want the mod to be used with RealFeel. I'm ok with that but its not normal to not even have a car upgrade to have the standard rFactor FFB
- The cockpit view is awful, the camera doesn't follow the nose of the car, I dont know how you did that its the first time I see this in rF, and I think its terrible.
- Lots of game crashes.

I agree, it's very disorienting! Fortunately, in GameData\Vehicles\37LGP there's a zip file containing static cameras although they, in turn, place the viewpoint waaaaaaay back so you'll have to edit the CAM files.

I'll try to respond to everything:

1)Yes the cars have ffb only with realfeel. Its necessary to have, with it the ffb is good.
2)As for cameras, I totally agree with you. Unfortunately I didnt convince Ben its NOT a good idea to make the cams so extreme. I too had no idea where the cars were pointing after a while of driving.

3)The crashes, not sure what causes them but possibly its because there is no vehicle config override. So for some people it cant find the cars. I hope we'll solve all this today afternoon.

Btw can you remove the link to our FTP from the F1Classic forum please (or any forum where you posted the link) ? There are dozens of people downloading from it and we need bandwidth for our races.

So, I've installed it in my open wheelers rfactor install; with all my problems, should I wait for the fix, or should I unninstall it, and then do a fresh install?
P.S. Also find the camera a bit crazy.

Well, if you do fresh install theres 90% chance it will work already in 1.00. It seems to work for all people with fresh installs.
For the cam, use the static cams from post above.

Silly question but did you choose which opponents you wanted to race against in the race options ...

Carl, I mean on the menu... the others aren't shown, and when I click at anyone the cursor stays on stand by... cant load the car... I have to press esc.

Try setting car details to MAX and make sure to select DX9 in rfconfig.

Or try switching to another mod, and come back to the 1937 mod.

I now actually vaguely remember that some of us had problems too during testing when didn't have max settings.

Its 2012 so I thought everybody has good PC enough to run max details in rf1 but seems a lot of people didn't set them!
