| De toutes façons, si tout ça n'est pas corrigé dans le prochain patch, on le fera nous même. | |

| Whatever the reasons behind turning of the tyre-wear, a measure I'm sure has been taken in the aim of improving the races, the result is that with Monza, Imola and Hockenheim, all three pure powertracks, remaining, there is not much left for the Porsche drivers to look forward too.
The Porsches will never be able to equal the times of the other cars. The small chance of compensating that in the pitstops by having fewer tyre changes is gone. And when the Porsche drivers by being consistent and through the bad luck of others, would still manage to have a shot at a good position, chances are high that the engine blows ...
This is in no way intended as critizing the fact that the tyre wear is turned off, which I'm sure has been decided in good faith in the aim to make races more equal, but it's hard to deny that the result is that the Porsches are now reduced to sitting ducks, so to speak.
It won't stop me from driving at Imola and Hockenheim, but I could understand that other drivers decide to give it a miss in view of the above prospects.
Just my 2 cents.

| Timo you are talking about the Porsche's advantage being gone, but how about the Alpina ? The Alpina is as slow as the Porsche in straight line, and is even slower in turns. It's the slowest car of the field, and adding to that it must do one tirechange per race whereas Porsches don't have to. So Porsche has theorically a 1 minute advantage over the Alpina on a 1 hour (or more) race, do you think it's fair ? The problem comes more from the tracks I think, as most tracks of the championship are fast tracks, Porsches and Alpinas have no chance to beat Schnitzer and Panteras

| Yeah if it had been the schnitzer which have had such a disadvantage, we would have changed nothing, as it would have leveled the field in a good way to keep it. However, since the schnitzer and the Porsche have exactly the same tyre wear, it doesn't change anything in their comparative level of performance. However, Alpina drivers will now get the chance to do as many pit stops as the others, so hopefully they will get stronger thank to this measure. No big deal really. | |

| Excellent Vincent, merci ! Où l'on voit que la Pantera n'est pas si avantagée que ça en pointe, mais qu'elle se défend quand même au freinage :p . | |
