1954 Endurance mod v1.5

The new v1.5 version we will use comes with a lot of changes in the physics deparment, all in the aim of trying to make the cars feel and perform more like their real life counterparts.

On the chassis side of things, aero drag, lift, and chassis flex have been modified. There is now also the possibility to adjust the dampers in the setup options. Some weight have been adjusted.
Regarding engines, all torque curves have been modified using real life data as much as possible. This also entails some changes in the power output for most cars.
Most importantly, the engine are much more succeptible to blow-ups in the case of over-revving, and do not like being red lined either !
Fuel capacities have also been adjusted, and so have the fuel consumption figures.
There also is a brand new model, the 2-litre OSCA 2000S. It uses the same 3D model as the 1.5-litre MT4 but with new physics.
Please not we did not have time to make new icons for some cars that would require it, like the Gilby Aston-Martin for instance.
All the work on his v1.5 was done by our resident Ingeniere Jukka Närhi, so a big thanks to him for his dedication !

The link in the first post now points to the definitive v1.500 version of the mod, with fixes regarding a few glitches here and there.

Make sure you uninstall the previous v1.5RC1 before updating your standard v1.300 mod with this new v1.500 version.

The v1.51 of the mod is available for download here

It includes a few fixes and tweaks :

Fixed tyre pressures : all cars now have a minimum set at 180 psi
The 3.0 Gordini T24S back to a 4-speed gearbox
Slimmer body mesh for Gordini T15S
New ratios for the Cunningham’s 4-speed gearbox
Revised damper values for all cars
Adjustable ride height
New tacho overlays by woochoo

Hi Frank, do we need to uninstall 1.5 first or will this install over the top of it?

Yes I'm afraid you have to uninstall v1.50 and then install v1.51.
