Prequalifying The fastest 8 cars of each class (=32 cars) plus the 8 following fastest cars regardless of class will be retained.
Starting procedure Standing start, no formation lap. Grid Single file Le Mans type.
SCHEDULE
Sunday May 7th (all times given are CEST) :
19:30 – Free Practice (30 minutes)
20:00 – Qualifying (60 minutes, unlimited number of laps)
21:00 – Race Start (2h45)
Password : hsogs23
A training server will run 24/7. It will use a static RealRoad setting, and can be accessed using the same password as for the race server : hsogs23.

A few notes for this event, the longest race of the season :
Relief Drivers
Due to the length of the race, two drivers are allowed to share a car for this event.
You can pair up with a driver already having booked a car for the series, provided you use one of the cars either of you have booked
Alternatively, you can also bring along a driver not having booked a car for the series, provided he registers on the forum with a valid account.
No driver can drive more than two different cars during the race, both of which must be of the same team.
Full points will be given to the two drivers having shared a car.
In the event of a driver scoring points with two cars, only his highest score will be retained.
Training Server
The training server will use the same x8 time acceleration as we will use in the race.
Each practice session will last 2h45, the maximum length allowed by rFactor 2 and slightly shorter than the 3 hours of the race.
This means a 22-hour day/night cycle will be completed over each session, instead of the 24-hour one we will have during the race.
It is only a small difference which should not prevent you from getting accustomed to the changing conditions.
Make sure you practice your pitstops during training.

Yes sorry I have to edit the schedule - it was x4 fuel originally but after Buenos Aires and some having had to pit more than others we decided to use a smaller coefficient .

Please note a slight change to the rules, the race will be 2h45mn long on time acceleration x10, instead of 3h with time x8
