| Great race, lots of fun. Din't have time to react so I used my normal Full Flag setup which compromised the pace in the 1st and 2nd stints using boost 1.2 in both. Very impressive pace up front and I was wondering if they could do the race in only 2 stops. They did!! I had to be patient and collect the max points I could knowing that I could only push in the last stint. I don't know what happened to Grant, it was his race, he managed the fuel and had the pace. Big shame.... I'm very happy with the 2nd place, another one, unbelievable!! Championship still undefined, next race oval!! Congratulation David and Brian!! Thanks Jonathan and Alberto for the broadcast!! See you next race!!! | |

| bad luck tonight
QUALIFYING:
i did not manage to make a clean lap online yesterday 1'56"507 and offline 1'55'
tonight 1'56"787 i just have the privilege not to be last sorry Gerard
RACE: start is ok and well battled in 1st two corners but every driver did a great job from my side battle with Jason White and Bruno Chacon in early laps White passes me but later after a small mistake after a slide i try to avoid Jason White at the end of lap 3 or 4 in last sector when he was rejoining the race line i cross the grass i though it was ok but unforunatly i brush the tire wall
i go for a spin and i think it is just that but after looking at the car, rearwing was missing ansd some suspensions damages too
300 sec (or 5 min) to repair i rejoin the race 3 laps behind out of rythm of the race
i 'm on a safe strategy know with this early pitstop so i drove alone, trying to catch leaders speed to get boosted i try to be safe a blue flags too. but 2 laps before my 2nd pitstop before entering start/finish straight i miss a gear and blow out the engine so sad Road Am is the track i could easily finsih. better luck next (Road Course) time !

i cross the grass i though it was ok but unforunatly i brush the tire wall I apologize for the part I played in this. I thought I had enough room to rejoin the racing line and assumed Mathieu would tuck in behind me. In hindsight, the smarter thing to do would have been to yield to Mathieu and resume racing on the long straight. | |

| My appologies, not used to the points structure of this series. In terms of Jasons' 8 points I know I put it in but for some reason it wasn't registered in the software, happens sometimes. Fixed now, thanks Jason x2 and Thiago for the extra help | |

| Another fun evening Using the March 87 I had to make the low drag work so I went with lower wings than I normally would which really benefited for me. I knew I wasn’t going to be able to make a 2 stop strategy work. My car was burning 11.5l a lap on full tank. If I wanted to save 60l to save myself going into the pits for the 3rd time I’d have to sacrifice 3 seconds a lap which I wasn’t about to do. So I’m out of the championship so I just put my foot down and went and had some fun. Last few laps I came out the pits just ahead of Brian but locked up into T3 and he went by, with 2 laps to go going into T3 I felt a slight nudge from Janik and had a small amount of suspension damage so thought I’d have to be careful.. which I wasn’t had a great duel with him until the fast right handed kink, putting a wheel on the inside grass I had the mother of all tank slappers and smashed into the wall and race over. I’ve been making some stupid mistakes as of late Thanks all for the event and for the broadcast. Well done Jaques. Throughly deserved and after 3 DNF’s this season your right back in the run for the championship. Well done to Thiago too. The Lola 87 isn’t the easiest to drive! | |

| The fuel strategy was fun to watch and gave us in the broadcast booth lots to speculate about It also was great to see that almost during the full race there were many battles going on, many times three or even fourth cars jockeying for position. Next race is at ISO with the F1 71 cars, hopefully we will see the same competiveness, and Brands Hatch is always great | |

| Most fun i've had in these cars for a long time. Was nice to battle mid pack and not have the worry or pressure of trying to battle for a win. Decided midway through the race to change tactics and i started to save fuel (Group C style ) which helped me just a few positions at the very end. Great racing with Little Al, Mick, Raul, Ray and anyone else who i may have locked wheels with, great fun. I hope i have the time to get another run out in these cars. Congrats to Jakey boy on the win | |

| My race can be translated into losing 12 position and scoring 1 point by having to stop on the side of the track to open my house door for my wife who had left and forgotten the house key. Good disputes with Mr. White, as always, tough and clean battles.
