2.41 on my first lap, 2.38.8 on the 5th, and could do a 2.37 without too much effort.

And now.. I cant blame setup, that is one thing sure, so, I tried several driving tehniques, not that Im mastering any, but keeping this vehicle under control brought out all I got.. and Im totaly lost. I cant accelerate, I cant brake, I cant go straight nor into turns.. Im all over the place....
You can't brake: problem with brake bias. You can't accelerate: problem with your right foot. You can't go straight: buy a new wheel.
Like Tiff says, it has a tendency towards POWER OVERSTEEEEEEER.
Remember it's basically a road car, don't drive the hell out of it, easy does it. It doesn't have many setup options but playing with them does help to make it more comfortable.

These cars you need to Brake in a straight line, and accelerate when the car is straight,or as Juha said you will get power oversteer on corner Exit Or if you brake mid corner the car will spin Better to coast the corners on 50% throttle or less and no brakes

my problem is lack of power of FF on wheel
and big unstability on braking , so in every lap i get cut warning and lap uncounted, what surprised me is this cut and uncounted lap when go at T1 few centimeters from pitwall,

FYI -- we are encountering the same track condition issue we had with Silverstone -- meaning it jumps from medium back to light inexplicably. So we will take the same action we did at Silverstone and simply lock the track condition at medium.
Also, to ensure there are no start issues, we will be conducting the pace lap Can-Am style, with no pace car and an admin saying "GREEN FLAG" in chat after one pace lap.

Well I can't for my life keep the car on track for more than two laps in a row, and I'm so far off the pace it is almost ridiculous, so I'm calling it a day. Prefer to let the car free for someone else with more skills than me

I had two wonderfull warmup laps ...aaaaand.... well, thats about it. I did what I practice a lot not to do: I got feeling that I have confidence in the car. Bam, first lap, first turn. Ok, second.
The whole event was resolving opposit of what I expected. First a great dealay from my behalf to enter qualis, then, when finaly getting there (10min before end), a 600+ sec tow back to pits without even entering track.. Ok, it is not so big deal, but it shaked me a bit...
Then delay of the race... no need to appologies, it didnt even stress me so much, but I was waited for, and id just added a drop of the comments and looks I didnt needed atm, but not from you.. Once again, my appologies for intruding the race procedure with stupid comment, it wasn't ment to add any more tension on admins, just some valve let of some steam from me..
And finaly, the Albertos curse!!! "You have 3 min to crash!" and I was thinking in myself "YOU WISH ALBERTO, YOU WISH" It was in good spirits, but I really planed to finish the race.
And then, during two wonderfull laps, my car felt great, finaly, I though, I can feel it, it goes where and how I want.. and the car said:
Soooo... the Jag vs Raul story continues.. or not.. well see...

After an abysmal performance at Silverstone earlier this year I wasn't hoping for much with this car, but I decided to give it another try. It seems I got to grips with it because I qualified on the second row. It was either that or the home advantage was boosting me.
My start at the first attempt was a good one and I held my place. Unfortunately I messed up the rerun by spinning at La Source and I had to climb back from 14th. Not to be outdone on home soil I started carving my way through the field which took me passed Jason, Mick and Dave. Michal was a tougher nut to crack and it took me a while to get by, not realising I'd given him a tap in the process. Next up was Petr, whose car was about three times as wide as mine. Each time I got a better exit, Petr was right where he should be (or not be, in my case). After some brave/banzai/suicidal moves I finally managed to outbrake him at La Source. With three laps to go I started to chase the other Jason whose tyres had seen better days. I got very close until he had a huge moment through Blanchimont and I didn't dare to get closer out of fear of being collecting by his potential accident. He kept it on the black stuff and beat me for 7th place by about half a second.
Not as good a result as it could have been but great fun nonetheless.

Well, was hoping for a Gold Star point or two here, and chances were good given the pace I seemed to have, but it was not to be.
In quali, I put down a few laps and opted out of the final minutes. I needed a bite to eat and a bit of rest. Stepped away P4 and came back P6. No worries though, I was content with the starting position and [wrongly] assumed attrition would probably be a factor.
After the delayed start (nice work under pressure HSO team!) I was fairly settled in and the usual pre race nerves were buried quite deep. However, that all lasted no more than a few seconds after the start!
At the green flag I got a bit bogged down. I was too close to the car ahead, and got a bit of jump on him, but didn't want to overtake before S/F so I lifted, then really bogged. At La Source, I was very cautious not to turn in too far. I knew a couple cars had their nose in there, and I wasn't about to chance it that early.
Martin got a nice run and we headed down the hill side by side, neither of us willing to lift out, so we reach eau rouge together I did what I could, gave the room I could...ended up in the grass at Raidillon, but I had backed out a bit by then. I knew I quite close to disaster, but I managed to hold it together, though I lost quite a few positions on the straight as I'd lost all my speed trying not to die at Raidillon!
Slowly managed to reclaim a spot or two. That all ended when I hit P7, with Steve directly ahead of me. We spent most of the race nose to tail... Steve, that was a hell of a driving effort! I was doing all I could to pressure, try to force a slight mistake. Nothing else I could do, had a run a few times but it wasn't enough. I spent quite a bit of time on the ragged edge, dipping the nose in, trying to fill mirrors....but apparently either A - Steve has no mirrors, or B - Steve simply didn't care that I was there and was just ignoring all my efforts to announce myself. Either way, really nice work under that kind of pressure
Toward the end, Juha caught back up. Like he said, my tires were gone by then. It was all I could do to keep it on the black stuff. Another lap or two and I'd probably have lost P7, just didn't have the tires left to do anything at all (besides slide around)
It was a really enjoyable run, lot of good, clean racing. And I tell ya what....I'm a bit disappointed I couldn't put together a decent enough run to grab a point or two here, but if I'm going to lose, I can't think of better drivers I'd rather lose to. The effort many here put in to prepping for the races ...hundreds of laps many times! ...I love the challenge and I love racing with you guys!
Grats to the front runners, awesome pace up there!
Also, big thanks to the broadcast team....watching the broadcast a good wind down after the race. Great stuff, as always.
